Dave Armstrong Posted January 7, 2021 Posted January 7, 2021 For those not familiar with this kit- as per instructions, I chopped the top, removed the vent pillars, and filled in the nose. I also molded in the hood, to make the body totally one piece. Pretty much a boxart build. No wiring, paint is Testor's Mystic Emerald Green, Wet Look clear. Not perfect, but I like the way it came out. Comments welcome. 1

Snake45 Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Very cool, and very well done! Is this basically the Piranha frame?

Yes- you can build this kit, with the Stude kit combined with the Piranha drag car kit frame ( the other issues of the Piranha don't have the complete proper front wheels).

Claude Thibodeau Posted January 27, 2021 Posted January 27, 2021 Hi Dave! The Stude is one of my favorite subject, and I must say your bodywork and paint look flawless. Bravo! CT
