Zippi Posted October 1, 2021 Posted October 1, 2021 (edited) If you were following along on the build you know I was kinda fighting this the whole way or rather it was fighting me. Didn't really have a good windshield frame to use even after buying a second kit and getting two replacement windshield frames from Revell. The one you see in the pics is the best I could do for now. It is just tack glued in place until Revell comes through with something good to use. Not my best work but it's done. Edited October 3, 2021 by Zippi 2
Classicgas Posted October 1, 2021 Posted October 1, 2021 Nice. What trouble did you have? This kit practically fell together for me.

Classicgas Posted October 1, 2021 Posted October 1, 2021 My windshield frame was straight. Only assembly issue I had was that lower radiator hose.

TransAmMike Posted October 1, 2021 Posted October 1, 2021 OK Bob, looks darn nice to me, don't even see the windshield problem. Great job my Friend!!?

mustang1989 Posted October 2, 2021 Posted October 2, 2021 That is one sharp car Bob. I know you had your difficulties with it and all but your efforts sure paid off man.
TooOld Posted October 2, 2021 Posted October 2, 2021 Looks really nice to me Bob ! But that's looking at photos , you had some issues so you're probably soured on the whole thing . Just think of it as a learning experience , we've all been there .

espo Posted October 2, 2021 Posted October 2, 2021 Great looking roadster. You did overcame some issues with this build but you would never know it now.
bluestringer Posted October 2, 2021 Posted October 2, 2021 Looks great. You did a good job despite the problems you had. Haven't started mine yet, waiting to hear from Revell about that windshield frame.
Zippi Posted October 2, 2021 Author Posted October 2, 2021 Thanks Dave, James, and Bill. I really appreciate the kind words fella's.
