Tina Turner, gone at 83

Just read that she passed away earlier today.

We actually just watched Mad Max Beyond Thunderdone on the weekend and were wondering about how old she was now.

What a talent.

She started her last tour here in St. Paul. She had a lot of energy and a very good voice for someone in her early 70's. Going to missed by a lot of us who were fans for decades.

One of my favorite female singers. Not many could even come close to her.

Not big on her singing career but really liked her in Thunderdome. She nailed that character.

She will certainly be missed. She was so full of energy as she toured while promoting her award winning album "Private Dancer" way back in the mid 1980s.

He sure did, what a shame.  What a talented couple they were.  I have heard recently she said she gave as good as she got, that always surprises me when they both like that.  

Tina was such a talented person. She will be missed for sure. To tell the truth she has been missed in the music world for a while already.

What a great song and one of my favorite duets.  Bryan Adams is very good live. He may have become known for his softer songs but he knows how to play live and like it.
