I dont know how people feel about these can cars, but me personally.... this dude is bad a** He has a few different modeling subjects here and he is spot on with all his porportians, stance even the perticular style of can he uses for different style of cars.....And I'm sure if this guy deceided to do plastic and do some designing and scratchbuilding....he would be a force to be reckon with IMHO. -

I know I will and I know I cant never forget that tragic day. The reasons why, I was a NYC Police Officer and I was there. I sustained 58 stitches on my back, 4 screws in one knee and 6 screws in the other when the second tower came down. But these are not the reasons why I will never forget. So, so, so many gave so, so, so much more. With their acts of Bravery and their instincts for survival, paid with their lives. That is the main reason I could never forget. The second reason is, I was so Proud to be an American, to see this country and people from all walks of life come together no matter what color what religon no matter what political beliefs they may have, what was important was to try and do whatever they could, no matter how small....they just wanted to help. But on a sad note, as I look outside my door and look around my neighborhood, there are many people who have forgotten. As much as some people complain about the USA, we still live in the greatest country in the world, and there should be NO REASON and I mean NO REASON people are not displaying our flag PROUDLY outside their houses today. NEVER FORGET....9/11/2001...NYC...tomorrow?

Model Work Areas
BKIN10SECS replied to Scott H.'s topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Here is my lil oasis but can also be my lil shop of horrors . Under the bench with my lathe is my vacuum former, dehydrator and all my stuff for resin casting ie paint pressure pot etc. I keep my paint booth in da garage. -
Wow....that is really cool. Sort of reminds me of a modern version of the old Jaguar racing E types. Very nicely done.

So sorry...I know a high roller like yourself, time is money Thanks for the info...always looking to try something new.

Very nice job.....could you give a lil insight and info on the Pactra Odds and Ends clear (dry time between coats, how may coats and what method of polishing you used) Thanks.

Man...you got that XARA down pack. Just wanted you to know your tutorial was very helpful and I was able to make my standard AutoMeter gauges. I am experimenting with different colors ie. needles, hash marks and faces. Could you tell me what font gives you the digital numbers. Thanks again gonna try one of them radio faces...Keep up the good work, look forward to the completion of your Nova.

Acalades...its Dave T. so nuff said....what I really like is...your doin a SLAMMER....right on . Sometimes slammers, curbside don't always get...well thier props. But it is so coool to see SUPER DETAIL Dave T. put his magic touch on a slammer (I know this is some sort of take a break in between projects build) and hopefully people can see that slammers can also be kewl. Thanks Dave. I have been working on a slammer/curbside 1967 Impala diecast which I converted to a 67 Biscayne. for a while now, but it also has machining, vacuum forming, brass work and resin casting....but its still a slammer. So once again thats really cool Dave and of course, I'm sure it will be smokin.....

If you take a good look at this car...great paint, super clean execution, pretty much stock appearing. What really sets this car off and gives it such a sinister look is, no door handles, the removal of the side mirrors, I am sure there may be other body mods that are very subtle and we may not pick up on and of course, that all so wet black finish......and.......OOOOO sits nice and low. A simple flip of the switch...up goes the air bags and away we go....nice car
