  1. I remember that race well. The booing was so loud and I think Earnhardt was a little taken aback by it. I think that is when he came up with the line about only trying to rattle his cage. It always looked to me that Earnhardt was trying to do a bump and run, but it went sideways.
  2. Great work! I like it a lot.
  3. Incredible build! Really top shelf work.
  4. If I had to guess, your city elders are proposing a number of tax increases knowing that the tax payers will raise Hades about some of them. The one or ones that get the least amount of resistance will likely get passed. Crummy way of doing things, but politicians know how to play this game well.
  5. A lot of work went into this one. Great job!
  6. Great work!
  7. Great job! The interior really looks nice.
  8. Great work Dan! Both models looks superb.

    Great work! Looks stellar.
  10. Great work John. I think black is one of the most difficult paint to lay down and yours looks outstanding.
  11. Great work Steve!

You did a great job with how rough it was!
  14. Excellent point and one that has been made fairly often. But yet, we are still heading down the tracks like a runaway freight train towards electric cars. I have this weird feeling that the powers that be know this, and when the power grids start having problems, they will be more than happy to regulate our driving.
  15. Yes, the glues were not good, but we have to put this into historical perspective. In the 1960's and early 1970's kids were sniffing solvent based glues to get high. As I recall, a number of them did suffer brain damage. Mush like some of today's kids are inhaling the contents of the aerosol cans we use to remove dust from computer equipment.
  16. You did a great job with how little of the original kit was left.
  17. Great job Pat. It's a lot more difficult to take a race car and turn it into a street car than the other way around. You did it very well.
  18. If you feel up to it, you may want to file a complaint with your state's Attorney General's office. $5.95 is not a lot of money, but they are putting through the hassle of getting a new credit card, and very likely, you are not the only one that has had this happen. At the very least, as part of the AG's investigation, you should get an explanation from Motor Trend as to what happened.
  19. Great job! I built both the Escalade and the Hummer a number of years ago as well.
  20. Great work! The paint separation line is so clean - really outstanding.
  21. Great looking build. Really top drawer work!
  22. Great looking model! Very well done.
