Week and a half ago my local HL guy said markdowns in about month or month and a half. Will check anyway just to be sure.

Kind of on the fence about this kit as I am a Ford guy but your build is sharp and I am leaning towards getting one. Great build.

Just picked up the 49 Ford Gasman at HL. Talked to the guy who works the area and he said a reset coming in about a month or month and a half.

Have another place but it won't be ready for six months. Have four dogs so not easy to find a place that takes dogs, let alone four. Rent now is $550.00. Everything else I find is at least $800.00 a month and being on SS and disability money is tight. Will know more Monday. I know everything will work out, it always does. Things only seem bad but it always leads to something better.

Landlord, but they say I have to pay first $800.00 in repairs. Live on SS and disability and the floors have holes all through the house. Trailer is a piece of junk and not worth repairing. Reminds me of the story of a guy who takes his car to be repaired. Mechanic says problem is radiator cap. Needs to be removed and a new car driven under it. Office doesn"t open till Monday so we will see what happens.

Was cruising the forum this morning when I heard something hit the trailer. Since we are surrounded by trees I just thought a branch had fallen. No big deal. Turns out I was right. But this time it fell through the roof and put a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Called the landlord but the only time they care is if they don't get the rent on time. Had to buy a ladder and spent the rest of the day tarping the roof. What a fun way to spend a Saturday.

I always check the clearance section. Rarely any models but I have found kits and paint on occasion. Just takes a minute and doesn't hurt to check.

Super sharp build.

In my town, HL far outshines Michaels in kit selection. Went to Michaels the other day to look foe paint and the model section was almost non existent. Have a HL about ten miles away and another about twenty miles away in the other direction. Go there regularly as we go to other places in the area.
