  1. Wow man sorry to hear about the paint coming off. That sucks and is so annoying. I'm sure the comeback tho will look even better
  2. Dang nice paint work!! Looks real!
  3. Great job on the wheels man!! And suspension is looking good as well
  4. Looks nice! I'm receiving that same body for a trade. So I will be building a general lee myself pretty soon. Cheers
  5. Looking nice great turn around for sure
  6. Here's the front all finished I got one scratch on the body but u guys can't see it Or at least bet ya can't find it
  7. Thanks again Carl I just finished the front window trim
  8. I've only purchased one of the 1970 1/2 camaro and it was molded in orange at least the newer version I bought it last year. There may be some in white to for that kit
  9. Should be a great project for sure!
  10. Headers were installed as well as connected to the exhaust. The grill and back bumper is finished. The turn signals are brighter then they appear in the picture Although the right one (your left) the silver enamel backing got screwed from the glue. So I may lightly apply some over the top. Also there is no black paint on the edges of the bumper it's just a reflection. Just waiting to put the decals on them. Re polished the body with novus 2 after the body had more than 4 days to cure. Then I waxed it with The Treatment Final Detail wax. BMF has also been started in the front as you can see and I tried to show the reflection in the photo booth with my finger that is no shaddow. All I use is just standard alluminum tape for like heating ducts.
  11. Looking good!
  12. That's awesome. Have to ask is the road with the guard rail a diorama? If so I'd love to see a pic or have some info on it.
  13. I personally don't like the Orange Amt 1970 1/2 This kit was molded in orange and the plastic feels very weak IMO I hate kits that have all the parts molded in one color unless it's a Tamiya kit
  14. Thanks Maxicoop. I almost had the chance to own this car, but it was sold before I made the offer. Thanks DynoMight
  15. Thank you much. Yea I'm gonna polish and wax the body wants more since the paint is hardened. Then apply everything to the body. And finish up the engine and interior. This kit was going to be my first with ignition wires but it didn't work out to well, due to not having a pin vise. Luckily the engine still looks good tho. Cheers,
  16. Here is my best build to date. •Rims were painted with Tamiya X-18 • /Semi Gloss Black/ •Body was painted with Tamiya TS-50 • /Mica Blue/ • Whole car was assembled with Tamiya Extra Thin Cement
  17. thanks mate thanks dude
  18. Here's the chassis I missed a part painting the front right wheel well. I'll have to touch it up. Here's a mock up and chassis with it's permanent completely wheels all finished. Tamiya semi gloss black was used for wheels and wheel wells. There's also two pics to show you guys the back wheels, they tuck in nicely but slightly touch the wheel well at least one of them does. But for all honestly they seem to fit better after all mounted I don't really care about the issue anymore
  19. Here's my kit never finished it. I'd say there's not many parts for this one at least. I have to agree there was a lot of flash on these.
  20. Looking good mate. Nice interior work.
