  2. Alex, Nicely done. You build a lot quicker than me. Congrats on your win. Are you building like crazy now? Do you have somewhere to park your truck? Way to go. Two thumbs up for sure. Ken.
  3. Charles, FRIGGIN HELL. Wow,That's not exactly what the words were but Friggin Hell. Very Very Wow nicely done. You pretty much coppied that from the 1:1 very nicely. How long did that take you to build? I"m thinking acouple of years or so. Did you do up the engine as well? Very nicely done. She would look good on the west coast were we don't get snow. WoW! Ken.
  4. Thanks to all. Ken.

  8. Mike, I am assuming that this is a 1/25 scale truck? Well that means that it is 43ft 3/4" long on a 1:1 truck. I LIKE IT !!! Very nice job done. "If you can't run with the big dogs stay on the porch" Love it Love it Love real big Trucks. Ken.
  9. John and Monty and anyone else asking the same question. The paint was a mix I did myself. A jar of Model Master Burgandy a few drops of blue and a dash of black was sprayed through my air brush. It sat on the shelf for a couple of months and looked at it one day and sprayed on a couple of coats of Tamyia clear red. Using the same idea on my Peterbilt build. This Chevelle wasn't ment to show I was just messing around with paint and next thing you know I'm trying to save a glue bomb. As far as painting the rims. After the wonderful comments I might just finish it and paint the rims. Thanks to all. Ken.
  10. Jim, Very nicely done. Love the colours. Did I see that you left the keys in ignition? Well done watched your build from the start. Ken.
  11. Tom, Now you just bring all that big load over to my place and we'll sit down and have a coffee while I clear some space to park that Big Rig load of beauties. Ken.
  12. Here is a 1970 Chevelle SS 454 that I built about 15 years ago. It was given to me by a guy that started it and lets say went crazy on the glue and painted most of it by paint brush. I was going to use it as a parts car until I stripped it and thought I would try to see what I could do with it. I think that it came out not to badly but still need to change out the headlights as one is missing and the rest are very foggy from all the glue. Not to bad for an old glue bomb. Enjoy, Just because it had looked like junk.....It can be rebuilt. Thanks Ken.
  13. JC, I would sure like to see them done. Ken
  14. Thanks everyone for your wonderful comments. Ken.
  15. Ken, Nice old White. Kenny B
  16. A few more pics. Thanks to all for the wonderful comments. The paint is Model Master Anthracite Gray Met. # 2711 applied with an airbrush. The rims are stock chrome and the spokes should be painted on the real car but the chrome was so nice I couldn't cover them up. The only down side to this model is there is no engine to build. The window tint is automotive window tint that I got from a automotive detail shop. Thanks, Ken.
  17. Thanks to all for the wonderful comments. It's a real nice kit to build, lots of decals to put on. Ken.
  18. Shaun, thanks bud next week for sure. Ken.
  19. Hey Phil, If my memory is correct i'm pretty sure it was Model Master yellow applied with an airbrush. Thanks Ken.
  20. John, Very nice well detailed. I see why it took you 3 years to build. I sure would be proud to show her off. Well done. Kenny B.
