  1. Beautiful truck, I've always loved the Cameo. Very unique color combination, but they work well together. Do you still have a model contest going up north? (I'm in Oceano)
  2. Great looking, it was definitely raced hard!
  3. Great detail work, very nice looking Charger!
  4. Nice looking clean build.
  5. Looking forward to the next issue as always. Take care of your back, your health is so much more important than the health of the magazine!
  6. Truck looks great Ray, very nice job!
  7. Heard the news on Barrett Jackson last night, that sucks. Englishtown was an institution. I still remember how sad it was when they closed Beeline Dragway in Arizona. Used to go to a lot of AHRA events there, and Friday night "run what you brung".
  8. Great looking Porsche, the stitching decals had to be a nightmare!
  9. Very nice work
  10. And now for something completely different..... Cool concept!
  11. Very cool, love the color!
  12. Outstanding build, that is a beautiful gasser!
  13. Great looking gasser, very cool!
  14. Thanks guys for the comments. For not a lot of detail it was a fun build.
  15. Very interesting build, you are doing some impressive styrene scratch building!

Very nice work! Seeing the decals, I too would expect large amounts of swearing.
  17. I was impressed at how easy the pens are to use, how well they flow, and how good the chrome looks. They will definitely serve a purpose where using bare metal foil would be difficult.
  18. This is a box stock build of the Revell 53/54 Chevy gasser. There is very little detail to this model so I didn't want to put a lot of effort into trying to make it more than it is. The color is Tamiya gunmetal and the decals are a combination of box and Slixx. Either I messed up cutting out the wheel wells or the whole frame sits kind of wonky. I used bare metal foil on drivers side and rear window, and a Molotow chrome pen on passenger side and windshield trim. Wanted to try the pens on something, found them easy to use and i think the chrome looks ok. All in all for a shelf model it's OK.
  19. The engine and transmission are awesome!! They are both definitely complete models in their own right. You will overcome and persevere against the mishap! Great work Chris.
  20. Very nice build, great detail!
  21. Truly amazing work, I've never seen anything like it!
  22. Very nice job on two rarely seen model subjects.
  23. WOW!! Your staining and weathering work is spot on. Amazing detail work as usual.
  24. Planning on making the three hour drive south from Oceano, how late is registration going to be open for models?
