  1. Can't make out the chassis number on the plate, do you have a better photo?
  2. This is the Willment Coupe built on a leaf-spring chassis. https://shelbyamericancollection.org/cars/1964-willment-daytona-coupe-csx2131/
  3. These are the same car, the top photo is as it competed at Le Mans in 1963. It was modified several times during it's career with the bottom photo showing it's final iteration. https://www.artebellum.com/en/classic-cars-for-sale/18654-1963-ac-cobra
  4. Turned out great Daniel.
  5. Nice. I had this 1:1 truck in silver with blue along the bottom.
  6. It was a one-off, the hardtop was later removed. The car was originally red but not sure if it remained that color when it received FIA style body panels. Looks like they may have just beat out the original fenders to widen them. This is what the car looks like today. https://www.hemmings.com/stories/2012/05/08/first-production-shelby-cobra-to-appear-at-dana-point-concours
  7. Very nice.
  8. Coming along nicely.
  9. Thanks Ralph. No breadvan that I am aware of. HRM has (3) different hardtops styles in his trans-kit line (Le Mans, big window, small window). Not sure if he would sell the hardtops on their own but you could certainly ask. Big window: Small window:
  10. Thanks Ray and yes the hardtop started life as the AMT custom unit.
  11. '64 Tour de France - in progress. I took artistic license with the shape of the hard top.
  12. Mods: this should be pinned under the 1:1 Reference Photo forum.
  13. The new Revell release is definitely the old Sunny kit. It is 1/25 scale in lieu of Revell's other 427 kit which is 1/24. I like the 1/25 scale kit as it fits in nicely with my AMT 1/25 scale 260/289 builds.
  14. The same engine is in both kits, the AMT "289" on the right with the Tri-Y style headers and the Sunny "427" on the left. I don't use either engine in my Cobra builds.
  15. My take on the '63 Le Mans hardtop using HRM's trans-kit
  16. That is a nice build Gary, I would have left it as is as well.
  17. Thunder Valley does offer some nice parts. Great work Jose.
