  1. Coming along nicely.
  2. Looks great Ken. What chassis/frame are you using?
  3. The kit out of the box most closely replicates an AC Ace 289 (427 body with a 289 engine).
  4. I like the Sunny/Minicraft/Academy Cobra. I've buit it both as a 427: And a FIA Roadster
  5. Paint & decals look great Jason.
  6. Thanks David. Lowered the truck a bunch, still not as low as I wanted but think I'll stop here.
  7. The 1:1 was a '68 but it was never kitted.
  8. Got the resin cast wheels & tires back from R&MCoMD. The tires have very sharp raised letters on the side walls but I am choosing to remove them for my survivor style build.
  9. Examples I found of builder's that removed the trim. Excellent builds both but it looks like they struggled with maintaining a sharp panel crease.
  10. I think it would be easier to replicate the Wild Child starting with a stock wheel base body.
  11. I'm using the Wild Child kit on my A/FX build and it does have the trim. It's the same kit as every other issues of the AMT Falcon AWB.
  12. The '98 evolution of the GT1 is one sexy beast!
  13. Thanks Tony. I'll study the headers and post any ideas of a better installation method I come up with. Would love to have the trim Removed Snake but don't want to risk the body at this point. I don't have a spare if I screw it up.
  14. On your next 427 build Ray maybe you scrape the chrome from the air filter exposing the white plastic. I de-chromed this one and just painted the top aluminum.
  15. The Revellogram 427 Cobras are great kits. Nice work Ray.
  16. I'm using this engine and chassis on my '65 Falcon A/FX build and haven't reached the point of final assembly. I was looking for your feedback to see if I need to re-engineer how the headers are installed/mounted.
  17. Tony, did you have any issues installing the headers?
  18. Another impressive interior Dann - super clean work!
  19. Thanks Dann. The Trumpeter hood isn't 100% correct but is an improvement. I'll try to keep up the building momentum.
  20. Thanks Scott. Look forward to seeing your project come together.
  21. My girlfriend in high school had a Cordoba. It was quite roomy!
