    Great project Pat. I use solid rod in lieu of tubing when I have to create a shape. Bend it in my fingers or use round needle nose pliers then set the shape of the bend over a candle. Large diameter like you are using might require heating to bend without breaking.

    The kit doesn't provide the engine cover panel lines so I scribed my own.
