I have built one of these and have a few more in the stash. They are neat little kits and look the part when completed. If I remember correctly, the tires on mine were a little funky. I really like how yours have turned out. You have done a very nice job on them!

It's funny, when I first saw this, and before I saw the first comment, I said WOW! Apparently that is the consensus of the group...lol. Really, really nice work going on there.

I believe it is American Racing Miniatures, not Historic Racing Miniatures.

Very nice, Michel! I asked for and received this kit as a Christmas gift. Such a cool subject . The kit is being produced by American Racing Miniatures. If you look at the box in the first picture, you will see their name on th box.

She is looking good Bruce! I had a heck of a time with the exhausts on my '78 Lotus. Every now and then, when I was dry fitting them, they would just seem to fall into place. But most of the time they did not. This included when I was doing my final fitting and glueing. Ended up breaking one to two and had to pin them. As always, good luck with your build!

I will be following this one. It looks like you are killing it so far. These large scale kits just beg to be detailed. I finished the '78 Lotus just under a year ago. It was a great model. Some of the larger body panels and longer pieces were warped. Something you may need to look out for. Good luck and keep up the good work!!
