  1. Looks like this one is hitting the shelves soon. https://revell.de/en/shop/product/145739090-85-pontiac-r-fiero-gt
  2. Just for brainstorming purposes... If Round2 decides to redo the Charger and Roadrunner via their modified cloning program, should it be released as the originals were, or would you like to have some period correct 70s style Street Machine parts as optional parts, or something else? Just wondering this side of the big pond.
  3. That would be 2mm in 1/25th scale. Elongating the rear inner wheel well could fix that 😉
  4. Maybe by scanning an anual of both the 74ish Charger as well as a 71-72 Roadrunner, a tool can be designed which can eject both.
  5. Gonna buy this one, next time I'm near my favorite hobby shop, not so much for the car, which is alright but need the lightbar. 😉 Great build. Tho!
  6. Whatever way they were marketed, they're neat. Nice Concord, drove a Dodge Interprit rental back in '97 pedal to the metal in Montana....that was fun, tho the day after cleaning the roadkill of the facia and windshield was less 😉
  7. More bang for every buck invested, plus, to see how the market reacts. Let the Kats work their magic...who knows what they have in the works... Also we're a niche in a niche market, where every manufacturer tries to finds it revenue in the product's they release , no need to argue about it, cus in the big scheme of things it's just plain silly.
  8. Probably Q4 at the earliest....for the the Duster and Barracuda.
  9. Damage or no damage, sometimes it's better to start from an unmolested original and incorporate alternative versions in the design process. The time that one needed to find a tool first, to see if a past kit could again be produced are behind us. Let the Kat's at Round2 surprise us. Cheers.
  10. Wow, why didn't I see this earlier! This car is what Chrylers put back on the map in Europe, back in the late '80s. If that was made as an anual kit/promo back in the day, it in both coup as ragtop version, could've been marketed in the US and Europe. Also loved the cabforward designs that came after, a good friend just sent me this last month...
  11. The proof is in eating the pudding. Please read Steve Goldman's reply in the 71-72 Roadrunner tread. BTW for a manufacturer sales is what they look at, cuz it generates the funds needed, to pay everything and remain in business.
  12. One sees that with more tires, leaving the sidewall blank no line or tire size to break the wall (or how do you say that) Are manufactures hoping that in the future they can "brand" them again, thus leaving them blank being the better option to begin with? Italeri on their truck line of kits, do have sidewall detail, without a brand name that is, so it's very much an option.
  13. Just learned that Jairus Watson passed away. (Info thru his son on Jairus FB page)
  14. Thanks guys! Cheers Luc
  15. Anyone here know where one might find such a light bar?
  16. IMHO a missed oppertunity for Revell as they both serve the military as the automotive modelers.
  17. IIRC it's a company in Macau which markets the IXO diecast range.
  18. More info on their Facebook page... https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1VZ3zTpJZY/

  20. Just look at the video to see what differs between this one and stock, also think his built came out pretty good.
  21. Indeed! Met him on my last big trip across the USA, back in 2005.
  22. IIRC the first thing Round2 did when they re-released it.
  23. You did good Steve. Remembers me of a wheeler dealer episode where they "upgraded" an older Range Rover with newer style grille and head plus taillamps to make it more desirable for the market. Cheers!
