  1. Well....gonna add this one to the pile, a car which in the UK got notorious under it's license plate 40RA, if anyone from Airfix is lurking?!
  2. I hope, that if Round-2 is looking into re-doing the '66 they include the never kitted '67, which IMHO slightly better looking.
  3. James, Did you find any info on Belkits? (Yeah I know, an odd question coming from a Belgian 😉 ) Cus think they were going to announce two new kits at Nürnberg. Cheers Luc
  4. What Cadillac engine does the Revell '49 Mercury custom and Woody have?
  5. Built one when they were first released, sadly it didn't survive, but still have an unbuild Lorinzer version
  6. Would be nice indeed, only remember the old Otaki racing variant.
  7. Just learned that it will be a 1/24th scale model kit. More italeri news here.... https://www.italeri.com/en/article/843?fbclid=IwY2xjawH4QThleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHRcepEwbMgCdAeZr6nNahgRBZs8LAjeNTWiJecWqHqPU8sOxM-X3073EPA_aem_aQEsFaY1jgHvzldGG3JMOw
  8. Guess we will know for certain when Revell announces their 2025 product lineup at the Nürnberg trade show, since they didn't made it public on January 1st. like they did in the past decade or so...
  9. Most likely a compromise to keep the T-top version available. Cuz otherwise IMHO that is, they would've had to work on the core of the tool, the area wich forms the "headliner" part of the body, which mean retooling the clear T-top clear panels too if they want to release this version again in the future. Bottom line is, it's 45 year old tooling.
  10. Don't think so, cuz the core of the tool as evidenced on the underside of the roof still shows the contours and they didn't weld off the T-top glass from the clear shot. Anyway just MHO
  11. Indeed, and about more model kits news, maybe at the N.Y. Toy show in March?
  12. Just came across this. Which seems like the cover of the 2025 Italeri catalog.
  13. The latest Revell (Europe) newsletter mentions CW08.
  14. More via link below Pictures courtesy of Frank Richter from Modellversium Germany Please note this is the Euro boxing! https://www.modellversium.de/kit/artikel.php?id=14219
  15. Spotlight hobbies now offers plating service.
  16. The hobby shop in my neck of the woods (Antwerp) charges €124 (about the same as in Micky Mouse money) the Revell Germany website lists it as €145, this is of course for the Euro boxing.
  17. Available in January 2025.
  18. I wouldn't mind if Round-2 would scan and improve an original Mpc '67 GOaT because despite the beyond worn-out tooling, this kit keeps selling. It reminds me of the Revell '56 Ford Pickup, when R&D wanted to refurbish that tool, but sales objected to taking it out of production because it was a big seller. IMHO, if Round-2 would consider this, it should first be released as a convertible with an up-top so the market knows it is all new. And as per today's standards, it will include clear headlamps and other improvements. Cheers Luc
  19. Hi all, Just got notice that the Februari 2025 issue will be the final one.
  20. Yep, was at a show today and several vendors had them for sale, I'm waiting for the blazer tho. For those of you who wish to know what's in the box, here a review by kits review online germany https://www.kitreviewsonline.de/argyles-vw-t3-revell-125-07725/
  21. This just popped up in my FB feed, wouldn't mind if somewhere down the line these would be considered...
  22. For those who never saw the initial release...
  23. Indeed, in school even children are being taught the automobile is a bad thing.....
