  1. Neat indeed, remember when these were first released by Monogram, back in the '80s, neat kit then and still is!
  2. need to finish mine, think the paint should've gassed out after 15 years....
  3. One person gives you criticism, but how many like you post? So post away...wanna see more more, much more, cuz I'm a plasticholic
  4. The Mpc kit morphed into the SS by Choo Choo customs, so $$$$$ to retool into e regular one like in the pic. Anyway for years I sent in photo copies of dealer catalog pics to Monogram in the hope they would retool....
  5. with promotional items in the back, who knows Other versions they can do in the series of construction vehicles, the supervisor, building or land surveyor, municipal vehicle......etc etc..
  6. Who knows what's cooking in their kitchen, cuz since the all the hobby venue's are canceled not much news is sipping thru via their company reps.
  7. Good to hear Steve, crossing my fingers, I've been waiting impatiently for them to do just that, 2020 just got a silver lining
  8. I'm sure from time to time they open a production kit to check, but things like that happen, send a pic to them and I'm sure they will send a replacement body
  9. Depending on some issues, It will be a "me" present for the holidays
  10. Too bad they didn't trow in the other hood as bonus part, have a kit (vintage Monogram Satellite) which is missing one.
  11. If only Round-2 would tool up '71-72 Plymouth Satellite specific parts to be fitted on the chassis and drive train of their '71 Charger kit, another thing sadly not done or approved by ERTL Management back when the Charger was designed.
  12. Photo's courtesy of Alex Flint https://www.facebook.com/groups/1114698145256042/user/100001481638247
  13. Back in the day when Ertl released those new tools, I thought it was odd not to do the full bumper! that way they could've released four different kits from that same basic tooling, so glad that Round2 spend the cash.
  14. My plan if I'm able to get this kit, is to kitbash it with the BM Camaro, just like I always envisioned this kit back in the day...one day!
  15. Got one of these too, if Round2 is looking into re-releasing these then IMHO some sort of dirt-bike or Baja racing theme would be nice.
  16. I know, we have to go through this every time we order from the US
  17. Standard practice here, and comes with a hefty import tax.
  18. He's a good ambassador for the hobby, no stress just fun, what it should be all about, and manufacturers noticed and are sending him advance copies of new kits for him to review and build. Are these builds show stoppers, nope, but that's not the purpose or goal of his clips.
  19. This kit is a modified reissue, so despite the rework, the design of the tooling will leave some parts on the shot which aren't used for this version, you can discard them or put them in your parts box.
  20. the Edsel tanked in the real world and in the model world too, how much more true to the subject matter could Amt go?!
  21. Anyone here who built one, cuz I remember gluing the front suspension, and the assembly sat far to low vs the rest of the chassis.
  22. Indeed, the scanning of the body just gives you the skin of the car, so now the design works start to give it guts.
  23. Correct me if I'm wrong, but can the wheels plus tires from the Round2 '86 Chevy El Camino SS be used,
