  6. Great finish & love the wheels!
  7. Looks fine to me, it's how my kits turn out!
  8. Interior is now finished. What took time was the seatbelts AND YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE THEM IN THE PHOTOS! But I know they are there.... :-( Now it's assembled, I don't know why I bothered with the photoetch on the pedals. The glass is also in the body shell. Only lacking exhaust tips now, they have had the chrome stripped, and are waiting for spraying... this one is not far off from being my first of 2017!
  9. Fantastic skills, and great finish on this model, more so considering it's scratch-built!
  10. Superb looking car, great shiny finish, very sharp!
  11. Nice looking build!

  18. Well worth a look at the photobucket shots! That paint is perfect & beautiful...
  19. Unfortunately the paint shots don't appear wen I look at your post, but the rest of the build is excellent & the heat marks are great!
  20. Crazy! But well executed
  21. This is a few years old now, but wanted to post it to share some of my previous work. I'm currently trying to get a kind of photo booth sorted to take better photos... The window was sprayed with Future, it didn't go well & had to be sanded & polished out - but I think the decals were saved. The decal colours were not aligned, but they went on like a dream, same the print quality of them is so bad. This model is finished in Tamiya Acrylics inside and out - all airbrushed with lots of masking. The final body gloss is with Future polish.
  22. I use Sharpies & Tamiya, for different reason. I prefer Tamiya (a few coats though, and sometimes both sides), but for some difficult shapes, I don't hesitate to use Sharpies.
  23. Zero Thanks for the advice, unfortunately Lechner only goes back to 1996 for BMWs, so Boston Green isn't listed... Looks like i'll have to go with touch up paint from ebay...
  24. Thanks all, I'll try zero first, if I can't did the colour, i'll go for the touch up paint!
