  1. thanks all got a bit more done today on the cab. did some BMF and used black chrome BMF for the first time around the windshield frame, thought I would try it rather than trying to paint it black. I also thought that as I am using the sleeper 'curtain', it might as well have some custom embroidery on it, test fit in the cab, so that's where I am at, as I have passed the 6 month mark for this adventure, I figure a few more weeks won't hurt, lol. stay tuned, and thanks for watching.................
  2. Would love a 66 chevelle SS and a 70 chevelle SS in large scale, a 70 cuda would be nice as well.
  3. Doors look sweet! Great job. Neighbors must think your nuts painting spoons, haha..., but it is a great method to test colors and how colors change on top of different color primers.
  4. your large scale stuff is awesome! I ever get around to the large scale stuff I have, I will be filling your pm box with questions lol. looking great, looking forward to the next in process pic's.
  5. great looking stuff Luke, can't wait to see the rig you've been working on.
  6. man, I cannot wait to see this done, this is going to be awesome! excellent work so far Clayton.
  7. the saga continues Dennis had mailed the decals to me, but the post office deemed it necessary to keep them on a shelf for a few extra days before actually sending them on their way, but they showed up this morning so, I put a couple of them on the cab, and a couple on the mud flaps. in a day or two I will apply the final coat of clear on the cab, and can start to detail the rest of that and get this build back on track what do ya think? again, big thanks to Dennis for helping me out on this, it was the puzzle piece I needed to pull off the look I wanted.
  8. JB, the front upper section and the next to last rear section pivot/swing up to allow putting cars on the bottom row. I just built an original version, look in the rig section under wip's for Chevy Titan/ hauler.
  9. Cool, more must have stuff, lol.
  10. Joe, congrat's on the 'hardware', well deserved, that is a stunning model.
  11. should have some new stuff to post soon , Dennis [Tesla] has made my decal dream come true, he has been kind enough to make me what I needed/wanted for this project [they look sweet by the way], and as soon as I get them in my hot little hands, I can finish off the cab and get this project in the done column stay tuned, the end is near for this.........
  12. JT, another home run buddy! Both are great looking combo's. After some thought, I have come to realize that you are smarter than the average bear.......going with your signature color lets you swap trailers and trucks at any given moment, and they always look like a terrific pair! Well done man, well done!
  13. cool, I hope that means we will see them soon around here.
  14. nice touch with the sliding tandem JT, trailer looks awesome!

  16. Tim, looking great! interior is a beauty, and that paint......very nice, love it.
  17. this was my 3rd build after getting back into model building.
  18. I gotta build more and buy less, lol. I am out of room to store kits in my little build room.
  19. One of my favorite builds, excellent work!
  20. KJ looking good man, that was quick!
  21. Also keep in mind, depending on the set up, not all carbs are contributing fuel all the time.
