  1. excellent build, even the junk in the back looks real. very well done!
  2. another great build JT, that car carrier is just awesome. great combo there. but, I gotta ask......you out of orange yet?
  3. nice find, yet another kit I didn't know existed.
  4. got this stuff over the past couple days, and another moebius 53 ft trailer
  5. ok, now the engine is done, JimB was kind enough to stop into work today and hook me up with some mack oil filter decals, that was the final touch.
  6. great job on the wheathering, underside looks terrific as well.
  7. looks great, although I think the pig is looking to escape what 'color' did you use on the trailer? I like the look, and I have one in the stash to build eventually.
  8. boy, you build some great looking stuff! another beauty you got there.
  9. it's looking great so far, nice job.
  10. engine is done, interior bits in primer, slow build, but i'm getting there....
  11. great job, clean and crisp build. as mentioned, let's get that trailer on there
  12. welcome, fairly new to big rig builds myself. ton of great info here, and some stellar looking builds as well. have fun, and good building.
  13. well done, looks real.
  14. looking good! that dash looks fantastic!!
  15. Anthony, thanks, guess I just need to take my measurements and hit one of the actual hobby shops around here, get some stuff and start messing around with it. now, on to todays update, got some engine work done. still have a ways to go, have some other parts painted up, and as I mentioned before, I wanted to break up the gold some, so I picked my own colors for stuff. love it or hate it, I like a lot of color, lol. as always, thanks for reading, and for the help/suggestions/comments.
  16. yes, looks great so far, we all know after a few good NY winters and that could be a two year old trailer looking like that.
  17. thanks, I have been watching your project as well, your doing a great job so far, you however are way outside of the box compared to me, lol, I only need to pull off a small frame extention and it has me a bit flummoxed, can't imagine what's going thru your mind....
  18. Anthony, thanks for the reference pic's, Jim B has also loaded me up with some good pic's of the frame extensions to make it look right. my only concern so far is, I used my calipers to measure the kits frame rails, and it looks as though they are rather small compared to the evergreen/plastruct[sp?] that's out there, any suggestions on this? i'm just back into modeling, so scratch build anything is new to me. I looked thru some other kits I have thinking I could rob some frame rail out of something, but all of them are way bigger [other than the other mack model I have, but don't want to kill that kit for a little bit of frame]. any thoughts?
  19. looks great so far, great job on adding 2 more doors. my first real car [as in something I really drove, at 17] was a 71 chevelle 2 door in about the same color with an antique jade green interior and vinyl top. boy I miss that car...
  20. I got this today, cost, free, only condition is when i'm done/tired of it, I pass it on for free again. needs some tlc, but it has 2 shelves and a working light in it, I was glad to get it, now just gotta find a spot for it............
  21. I don't think his career took a hit at all, it's just not an in your face sort of thing. good music seems to stay around for forever.
  22. ASE Certified Master Auto Tech working for a small chevy dealership, have spent the last 25 years in GM dealerships. [have more invested in tools than I paid for my house.......]
