  1. Lol, Did you add a room to the house to display that? that’s an awesome build!
  2. That is just too cool! What a bruiser of a rig, that’s one tough looking truck.
  3. Good thing this isn’t any longer.....
  4. I would say you haven’t lost your touch, fantastic build, excellent weathering.
  5. Very cool project, great progress.
  6. The first truck with that trailer would look awesome! And thanks, now I need to look into one of those bottom dump trailers.....
  7. Cool, have built the trailer, and have the truck kit in the hoard. This should be a cool combo?
  8. Get ahold of Gary Wallace , he makes these display cases, not cheap, but work out very well for rig builds, and he builds them to suit your needs.
  9. That is regoddamdiculous , in a good way! Holy smokes what a build! As if the build wasn’t cool enough, all of a sudden there are lights! Wow......, fantastic build!!
  10. Ya, I thought it was funny when she gave it to me, but, then I got to thinking..........., lol
  11. For those that haven’t seen one ‘live’ or built one of these,
  12. I really like the theme you’ve got going on this.
  13. More glamorous pics, lol. I’m going to use double take replicas 5 hole budds on this just to be a little different this time. The axles will be trimmed back when I’m ready to put the wheels on. Thankfully, the wheels come with brake drums , which really made the wheel swap easy. I just drilled a hole thru the center of the drums to mount them on the axle .
  14. Had to add the pic of this, built one when they were ‘new’, only change I made to the box art was painting the body white, this one will be done the same way eventually.
  15. Got my postcard the other day, cannot wait! This will be my 4th year, you boys run a tight ship and a great show. To anyone reading this, if you can get there, get there, you will not be disappointed!
  16. I saw a set up like that at work awhile ago, that also got me thinking. I’ve also seen the ‘aero’ fairing stuff off the back of trailers , around the door area, those are just too ugly to try to make, haha.
  17. Mix some Vaseline with some semi gloss black, or flat black and see how it looks on a spoon or something , it’ll give it the greasy look for sure...
  18. I dig it, good looking start. Should be a monster when you’re done?
  19. That is too cool! Awesome work so far, keep at it!
  20. I’m thinking this may get a revell car hauler behind it, need more room for car builds, so I can use the space, lol.
  21. Well, now that the prostar is done, it’s trailer time. I built one of these to put behind my lonestar, and have built the other refer trailer for my other prostar, both are nice trailers, but for some reason, I like the smooth side better. I’ll be using the roll up door ‘panel’ on this one. It’s going to be a stock looking trailer with ‘my’ logo on it in turquoise to match the truck. I think I’m going to use some 5 hole budds from double take replicas, and I may add the side air ‘foils’ underneath. Stay tuned .....
