Thanks for the kind comments ya, those stripes are a bit of a pain, on both cars, just when you think they are straight, they aren’t, biggest fear was tearing them during install.

I’ve built two of these, nice kit, interior is fantastic on them, biggest issue is fitting the floor to the frame.

That is pretty cool, I’ve seen these in documentary films and such, but never even thought of building one, nice job!

I’ve been on a bit of a build spree since mid October, I had done the ‘COPO’ version of this kit, and for some reason felt I needed to do the Yenko version shortly after. So, in my normal fashion, I painted a bunch of bodies one day, and the nova was one of them. Stripes are a bit wobbly, but she’s a looker from a few feet away I added a MAD distributor ( love them), and model car garage wire looms, also robbed the rally wheels out of the other revell nova kit, and added liscense plates, so, anyway, here it is....

I use testors ultra gloss clear coat over decals all the time, so far I have not had any issues with kit decals.

Looking good, built a few of these as a kid, and have a few in the stash to do someday. Just love this model for some reason. Can’t wait to see yours finished.

First update, box is open, I like what I see, perused the directions and decals. Gotta look thru my stash of tires, may change those out, depends on what I’ve got on hand. I’ve built the trailer before, so I know what’s in that box, that’ll get 2 or 5 hole wheels, and I plan to modify the front ‘wall’ of it, and if I can do it, I’d like to make an actual wood deck, but not sure if that will come to fruition or not. Also need to get some paint, I’m out of white......
