  1. Excellent work. Very well done. I love the color.
  2. Merry Christmas everyone. I don't think you have to be a Christian to get into the spirit of peace on earth!
  3. Fantastic attention to detail, and patience!
  4. Very nice build.
  5. Sweet!!
  6. I've never understood that. If the clearance is correct on the sign, then why do the drivers go under a bridge that is lower than their total height? If the signs aren't right, why aren't they fixed? My pops transported new Fords from Lorain for decades and never chopped one on a bridge.

Very nice build. Nice to see something other than a Hemi in every older Mopar build. Love the detail.
  13. Well, the topic of the post was "How to build a better model". Anyway I agree with all of the suggestions for doing so. I 'll be participating in one of the community builds and I'm doing a twin turbo diesel, and boy have I learned a lot about the subject! I totally agree with you JC, if you plan to do anything beyond what's in the box you should do plenty of research. For me it was fun and educational. Even for an O.G. like me.
  14. I do a build sheet for any model I do that requires extensive fabrication or kit bashing. I list what I want to do with the model, what modifications I plan to do, and where I might get parts from and how much they cost. I do it mostly during down time when I can't get to the bench but it's not a journal because once the build is done I don't follow up with what I actually did.
  15. I just keep an electronic file of my work since I've only been back into it a couple of years. Call it a photo journal.
  16. Impressive detail. Very neat.
  17. My fav tri-five! Very well done. I love that engine!
  18. Awesome! Keep up the good work Steve.
  19. Love that KG too Erik. It just says tough!!
  20. Very nice builds. They look ready to go to work!
  21. Congrats to the winners, well deserved. My first run and had a lot of fun. It won't be my last.
  22. Welcome Terry! I get down your way a few times a year.
  23. Impressive Clifford!
  24. Thanks Bill, they're both the same it's just the way the pen in the front is lifting the car more than the pencil in the rear. I should have probably used a better pic.
