I ran into a problem with the plumbing for my turbos and thus don't have anything to show but frustration!! Dang shock towers.

Wow, I'm a Chevy guy and I wondered why my last build was a Dodge, and I'm working on a 300 now. I also have a Charger lined up for later in the year. I don't know - in the end I just love cars of all kinds.

Would make for an interesting build. I just bought the Foose edition this past weekend and I'm trying to figure out now what I plan to do with it. Definitely won't be stock out of the box.

The Calnaga carb to me is the most detailed available of that model. The shortcoming seems to be in the venturi area but there are ways to detail those. You can go PE linkage as well. I have a set of those and I really haven't seen better. Maybe someone out there 3-D prints them.

I've done both, and you'll hear comments both ways. I think it depends on the color and what kind of paint. On my most recent build I painted the frame and floorpan black enamel with no primer and no problems. However if you're painting the floorpan the color of the body you may want to prime depending on the color, especially if you are using acrylics. The main thing is to wash the part first to remove any foreign matter to give the paint a good surface to adhere to.

I have always loved that Fairlane and you did a great job on this build. The paint looks fantastic.

Well a new month and I'm reporting in. I'm not doing much until I get my table cleared of my two other kits but it's hard to stay totally hands off. I had ordered some beadlocks because I wanted a more rugged look, and they came so I had to scratch the itch. I thought about making them but the thought of drilling all of those holes scared me off. Here is the before and after. Next will be an attempt to add an extra turbo to the turbo diesel. Should be um..fun?
