  1. You did it justice. Very nice.
  2. K, so I failed the spelling test!
  3. Wow, I almost missed this post. Nice job Jeff! I absolutely love it.
  4. Fantastic work Jay! It looks like the real deal. I love the whole dio.
  5. Impressive Tom. I love how it sits.
  6. Oh that's so nice! Top notch!
  7. Great metalwork Luis!! I've never seen that kit before but I like it.
  8. Classic RR. Great work Steve!
  9. Ardun heads, sweet!!
  10. I've yet to build a chassis but I have a project that needs it (I think I'm scared to pull the trigger). So I've looked at quite a few YouTube vids on it so that's a good way to go I think The candle method is popular on them for heating the styrene. I also suggest searching the various forums. There are a few tutorials out there that go into detail that I've bookmarked for myself. Good luck Justin.
  11. I have never had a problem with resin casters not sending product on time because I only buy from casters who have a history of good comments on the forums. I had one body that didn't show but the caster sent a replacement within days, and I still had it within 3 weeks (thanks Altered States). Altered States, VCG, Calnaga, Competition Resins, M.A.D.
  12. Diggin' this one! Thanks for posting the wheelie bar sequence.
  13. Oh that's just downright viscous!!
  14. Great tank and bracket work!!
  15. I've got Norton 360 and it checks internet sites and shows a "This page is safe" when I checked it out. Usually if I go to an unsafe site Norton will block it. Now I don't know what other junk like ads they may throw at you though.
  16. I've got mine too! I hope to finish this some time this year for my 1956 builds (my birth year!). The wheels looked out of proportion and I haven't figured out replacements. Any ideas?
  17. Great progress. Thanks for keeping this going Steve.
  18. I hope so. I have so many irons in the fire I haven't updated lately but I like the CBP. Maybe you can light a fire Steve.
  19. Hi All. I usually do cars but I'm doing a Land Cruiser for the Aussieball CBP and I'm pondering opening the rear hatch and tailgate. I know I'd have to cut the window from the integral piece but I don't plan on using it anyway. I'll fab one. Have any of you tried it? Other than the obvious thin frame danger, do you have any tips or recommendations (like don't even try it!). Any input would be welcomed. I just did a trunk and it turned out pretty good. Thanks.
  20. Very nice work! Fantastic detail.
  21. Glad to see the progress Steve!! Top notch work.
  22. The weather's improving and the hoopties are out! Up here in Ohio it seems like when the weather breaks everyone that really can't afford a car goes out and buys a car that would never make it through the winter. They drive it until it breaks down or the weather turns. Think they have insurance? Gaaaagh!!
  23. The heads are staggered but they should still fit to the edges of the block. Since, as Bill noted the heads are so poorly tooled you can either scratch build a pair or put out a request for another set, or even a whole engine in the Wanted thread. There are a lot of SBC's out there. Someone may give it to you.
  24. Nice box! Thanks for sharing your tips with us.
