  1. In at the wire. Sorry to make it so late but had a series of self-inflicted issues to deal with. The Skyline has a racing Corvette engine and tranny. I mounted the disc brakes inboard Jag-style to enable room for the suspension. The whitewalls you see are actually part of the rim, because the tires are low profile. I left it right hand drive for the halibut. Fabricated the luggage rack and integrated spoiler.
  2. Nice work! I'm trying to work on my weathering so I appreciate the post.
  3. Welcome to the forum. There's a lot of variety on the site so you should find a lot of good stuff. As for your English I wouldn't get too hung up on that. We can't tell if you have language issues or just typing on a smartphone!
  4. Just wanted to answer John's questions at the start of the thread. If anyone wants a full box pictorial I can post that as well.
  5. I guess I'll try this again but with pics. This is the Super Shaker. Seems like a decent kit but I've yet do build it. I unpacked it for this thread. There is a choice of the stock or a custom front end, though the custom grille doesn't show up anywhere on the box art but looks like the previous posters pic. Different scoop and looks like different mags. I hope this helps John.
  6. Welcome Ritchie. I hope you have as much fun as I have.
  7. Wow, nice. Looks ready to blow away some unsuspecting show-off!
  8. Very clean. I like the striping as well.
  9. I like the paint as well. Nice start!
  10. Very nice detail work. Nice clean build.
  11. Really nice interior, as well as overall.
  12. I have that kit. Bought it a few months ago for a future build. It has Cragars and hubcaps. It has nice thin whitewall tires for stock or fat polyglas for the street rod. No working lights but I do remember the old kits with working lights but this ain't one of 'em. Hope this helps.
  13. Nice progress! I agree, that dash looks daunting.
  14. Nice work!
  15. Impressive! The stripes so fit that finish - and the finish itself - no words.
  16. Very nice build. I know a lot of work went into it. Great job!
  17. Very nice weathering Jonathan. The mismatched doors are a nice touch!
  18. Very nice. Looks ready to haul down the strip!
  19. Wow! Really nice stuff. Just finished the interior on the Skyline. Gotta run the exhaust, put the body chrome on and I'll be done. I'm off work this week so aside from the Honey Do list I'll have plenty of time to finish. I've tried to insert my PB link but it keeps just spinning so I had to add an attachment. I hope this shows.
  20. Just when you thought you'd seen every possible Cobra iteration! Very nice.
  21. Welcome aboard. There is a wealth of knowledge to uncover here.
  22. Great updates Steve. Glad to hear you're enjoying building it because I'm enjoying following it.
  23. I got no problem with truck mills myself. Nice workmanship. I enjoyed watching your posts on the 702, I learned a lot.
