  1. Welcome aboard Wilson!
  2. Wow Pat, I just started a CBP on the Mad Max movie Fury Road and decided to build one of the cars that has the 702! Although the promo states that it's powered by two V6's back to back my research found that the thing has in fact a 702! I plan on pairing a couple of Chevy 409's as a start and fill in the holes in the block. I hope you don't mind if I pirate some of your ideas. Yours looks simply fantastic!
  3. Nice, way to get 'em on the right track Manny!!
  4. Just reporting in for May. I haven't done any work on the Skyline because I'm working on another build for sanity's sake.
  5. Very realistic! I like it.
  6. That Ford is baaad! As for the truck, I like the decals and the idea of embellishing them with some pinstriping. I'd hate for them not t be used.
  7. Great work Russell. I love the fuel pump! I'm not a rivet counter but what you called an "alternator" is actually a generator. Either way I like the work you did on it.
  8. Very nice work on the wabbit!!
  9. i do like the faded paint look. Real nice "mistake"!
  10. My April update. Not much. I finally got the rear suspension installed. For kicks I installed the brakes inboard. Now to fab the bracket for the transmission and get that in.

    Very nice.
  12. Wow, great job! The 1:1 is one sinister-looking ride. Can't wait to see your completed build, and kudos to your research and hard work.
  13. I believe that 3D printing is the next great game-changer. It seems like every day someone finds new uses for it. Unfortunately, some good and some bad.
  14. Yes, very nice Karl.
  15. Hey Scott, what tires are you using on this build. They look huge.
  16. If you don't go with the caps, I suggest that the lug nuts get some rust treatment. Me, I like the caps, at least on most of the wheels.
  17. Yeah Rob, I've seen it in a truck bed as well!! Invest in a lot of insulation!!
  18. Just a quick update. I finally think I got the rear axle setup to work. It sits a little high but it needs to clear the transaxle. Oh well.
