Interesting difference from my last post. Mailed a letter size bubble packaged part to another modeler Thursday afternoon and I was notified Friday at noon that it was in the hands of the modeler. 37 miles away! greg -

Are there any other built up original release mini pumpers out there? Here is mine, it has had some modifications through the years. Built when introduced back when. Added parts from MPC Dodge pick up, Aurora 1/32nd ALF pumper, AMT extinguishers from rescue van. Tires from MPC camper kit. Homemade TwinSonic, gumball light from AMT ALF kit. paint was local hardware store branded spray can for .89 cents. I changed the grille for another project. greg

I don't know what RoG added to the tires but I had bad tires in the SImba and was fortunate to get replacements from RoG. Nice build, In my opinion the kit seems bigger in scale and bulkier than the Italeri kit. The real challenge was the Heller Dalahye Bonneville ladder. greg -

Just tried to mail 2 packages with small parts and the KAREN behind the counter whined that the boxes were to small and had no room for the stamp. Picked up my boxes and went to another Post Office and the clerk took the packages, got the stamp and tracker upc on the boxes and took my money. greg -
