  1. P&P resin has some rear fenders, do a search and I am sure you will find them.
  2. Why doesn't that surprise me Chuck? Happiest of Holidays to all!
  3. Looks very nice and am glad you went bigger. When I saw the plans for a 20'x20' garage, I had flashbacks to my first house and how tight things were in that garage. Building a garage is on my list of things to do and I think I will go 30'x30 so I can have some workspace and rooms for tools. I'll be watching this as it progresses!
  4. Great job and as always, nice details! I have seen many of these converted to coffee or cigarette drive thru shops.
  5. Clean and simple! Love the paint.
  6. Nice! Very nice! Clean and simple, just how I like them. One week to build huh? I couldn't pull that off in a year!
  7. You covered a lot of ground this year, many nice builds there! Looks like just about every make was represented and quite well too. Wish I could complete 14 kits in a year.
  8. Anybody on here buy one of these kits yet? I know of one person who has ( ) but was wondering if anyone else has and what their impressions were?
  9. PM sent on some related information.
  10. Looking great Chuck! Will you be doing a half cab or full cab for that Jeep? You have given me an idea for a vehicle that I would love to own!
  11. Had to get my snow shovel out again today, third time this month. \'/ \'/ \'/ \'/ \'/ It is so much easier to scoop the leaves up then to have to bend over!
  12. Tom, Check out the CKM group, they are a bunch of local modelers who can probably help you out. They put on a great show every August and you would be missing a lot if you don't go. If you make your way down to Archdale, stop in at KC's Hobbies, they are a nice bunch of people and might have a few suggestions as well.
  13. I got a lot more started than finished this year, and when I factor in the ones I bought........Well let's just say I better get busy if I ever want it to be a positive number! Have all the plans for all the models in my stash and exactly how they will look, just have to work on the execution!
  14. I can honestly say that I have avoided trades with those members outside the 48 continental US states due to shipping costs and time involved. I wish there was an easier way to trade with those outside of the US. I ordered a piece of automotive test equipment from a China based company and it took nearly 30 days to get it. Next time I will look for a US based so I don't have to wait as long.
  15. Nice, I remember the town I grew up in had those type of plow trucks. Maybe after winter you can the guys in the shop to paint the plow and dump bed!
  16. I guess I better learn how to read, I thought the deal was to sell 5 on eBay and the rest were going to be sold through the website. I kept checking the pinned post and website for updates as it originally stated they would have ordering information soon. Thanks for posting the eBay links. I am not an "eBay-er" so I guess I can put the $50 towards something else............
  17. Has anyone heard anything more on the availability of the resin Bronco that Gregg teased us with back in October? The link in the pinned post does not contain anything new and I never could find the first 5 kits on eBay. I am interested in buying one of these but my interest is fading. Any information is appreciated.
  18. Before we suggest a kit, what does he like to build? Some of the older AMT kits build up easy and can be found cheaply and there are many options. Let us know, we can help if we have a better idea of what he likes!
  19. I too recently got some resin items from Greg, very nice and priced VERY reasonable! Just got to find some time to work on them!
  20. Good points there Dan. I was planning on going about stock height and keeping the straight six, maybe add the plow from the 77 GMC kit, weather it a bit.
  21. I started playing around with an AMT 60 Chevy conversion to 4WD last week. Will be watching this closely, might have to create my own axles and leaf springs instead of using the axles out of the Revell 77 GMC pickup.
  22. I believe that was issued after the original yellow and white re-issue in the 90's and before the "hot trucks' series that had a blue and white version.
  23. That does it, I am ordering one of those camper kits as a birthday present to myself! That is one sweet looking model, hard to believe it is resin!
  24. I will put on my attorney hat for a minute as it relates to patent law. Now I am not an attorney, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn last night. But I did pay for and receive 4 patents for an item I designed and still hope to sell.(BTW, paying a patent attorney and related costs can get expensive!) It was explained to me that all one has to do is deviate approximately 5% from an original design/patent and there is no infringement. Translate that to resin casting and some one will figure a way to copy a copy. It can be argued whether copying someone else's work is an infringement and I would say yes, it is, but reality is it would be costly to pursue legal action.
