  4. Only about $75.00, but my average kit price is $45- 50, not very often i get anything below $40. so this hobby is expensive here in Australia.

  6. Now that is COOL, looks like it was built in the back yard..
  7. Now that is VERY VERY nicely done, and i am glad you did not rat it. Shiny really does suit it.

  9. That looks TUFF!! Very TUFF in fact, and a great job on those flares, they really set it off i think.

  11. That is one super clean Nova, sweet paint job, and it is good to see all that detailing without a pile of money thrown at PE parts, great innovative work with "stuff" for detailing.. BEAUTIFUL BUILD MATE..
  12. They are all very nicely done, it can be difficult replicating Hotwheels due to all the different scales with engines and wheels sometimes being out of proportion, GREAT WORK.. ( I am about to start the "mild mill " soon..)

  15. OH YEAH !!!!!!!!! That is very nicely done, a great improvement.
  16. Use what ever chassis you are comfortable with, if you don't want to build suspension, and old race car or nascar chassis will give you a great starting point for suspension and big wheel wells, for big tyres, then you just need to make a body fit. OR, you can go and fabricate a 4 link etc and open up the wheel wells your self, either way, it will be challenging, but satisfying.. ENJOY.. 57 Del Rio, just had to remake the suspension, but kept stock chassis. SS Malibu with a Nascar chassis. Another Nascar chassis. Or use a viper as a donor. And just late model wheels and some pro charging.. Or this one that had everything modified.
  17. Only 1, i brought this 1948 Lincoln, why?? I still don't know, but i saw a custom in it somewhere. I was warned about it, but i decided to just go for it. I did a massive amount of custom work on the rear end especially, topped it off with a custom paint job, then Disaster!! All my modified bits worked well, but where the sides and rear end fit together, still stock, out of the box,... NO WAY!! There was a good 1/4 inch gap or more, i filed and sanded for 3 hours, and gained a 1/4 of that distance, the only way to fix it is to start cutting the body, which will mean a repaint, but i think i will save that rear end for the next custom.., so before i threw it, i packed it away and went onto the next one.
  18. That is very tidy, looks great.
