  2. Started painting the new guy. Not sure how to handle whatever he is reading. looks almost like a newspaper.
  3. Cut back the front of the rear roof to bring the door pillar in position. Cut the wedges off the front roof to match the body's taper'

  9. Here's what i plan to do where the two roofs (or it it rooves?) join. I have to trim to bring the dotted line over the X, then copy what is in the oval at location A. Wish me luck.

  16. They are Packard fenders.
  17. And the bodywork continues.
  18. A Volkswagen engine with Webers, a Honda igx440, distributors and a figure for the dio.

  20. Performed the cowlectomy.
  21. Dabbled a bit at making a disc wheel with a button, some aluminum tubing and bits of styrene. I think a very small socket head screw might make a nice hub as well, especially since it has Packard's trademark hexagon right in it.

  23. The Packard hood is a close match to the Duesenberg cowl. Now remains to decide where to cut to put the front pf the Packard cowl on to the Duesenberg body.
