  1. Nice. That vegetation is right on!
  2. Thank you. I think it is an addiction. Can't get enough of them. Is that curable?
  3. The next trio on the stand is called "Vintage Speed" featuring three icons of old speed equipment. The Latham blower on a 430 Lincoln. The Potvin blower on an early Hemi. Ardun heads on a Ford V8.
  4. And here are all three, individually and on the stand where they will remain until I come up with another trio.
  5. Completed the manifold and carbs and added fuel lines, pulleys etc.
  6. Congratulations and many more.
  7. 100%. saved by the fact they gave you the correct year without the year before or after. then it would have been harder on a few.
  8. Love it.
  9. I should have moved this here at the 10th posting in the thread below. Now we're 2/3 done. I added the fuel lines to the Hemi using Ace Garageguy's instructions. Meanwhile, the Ardun is taking shape.
  10. That is top flite sir!
  11. Thanks guys. Nice to see you like it. I'm having fun.
  12. love it.
  13. Added the wiring and the headers. I 'm considering the fuel lines but can't seem to find a good illustration. I straightened the Latham as it was crooked on the previous pictures. I see a few things here I need to correct yet but we are close to what will go on the display stand.
  14. That old junk Hemi's appearance has already changed quite a bit. I had to add to the intake tubes since that block is likely taller than the one on the Parts Pak. I have the wiring and the plumbing left to do.
  15. Yes, of course
  16. Stunning. Wish I could find one of these. You did a fantastic job.
  17. One down, two to go. The Lincoln 430 with Latham supercharger is done. According to a discussion about this very engine which took place here several years ago, the engine is in fact a 430 of the MEL series but the valve covers are from another a Y-block, likely a 368.. Here it is with my enhancements. the fuel block is normally mounted on the firewall but I put it on the back of the block for obvious reasons. Hope you like it. On to the Early Hemi with the Potvin.
  18. Peter, all you have to do is go to Holland. I'm sure Charles would let you stay in his shed while you light up his dio. That way you'd save on the motel
  19. Thanks guys. We just finished a short staircase and it is what inspired me to do this.
  20. That is a Volare. I had bought that to replicate the one my wife owned when we got married. I plan to redo it with a bench seat and a slant six.
  21. There it is in all its mottled glory. Remind me that the next time I use that used flooring, not to give it any stain, only varnish.
  22. X2. Yup, their insurance better be up to snuff.
