  1. It will retain the twin rear mounted spares.
  2. Worked on some little details. The plasitc is so brittle the door panel broke along the trim seam while trying to cut off the window. Glued it back on. Put a tape behind ans I will fill the recesses.
  3. Thanks Greg. It was Tamyis liquid cement with clamps. there was little filler left by the time I glued it.
  4. Cut the coirners of the rear seat so it would fit the body's taper. The first cut didn't allow for the doorpanels, so cut some more.
  5. Working on the dashboard to achieve somethiing ike this. Started with a woodgrain base.
  6. I had a self renewing subscription with PB (I think $40 a year or so) then one morning, watermarks all over the place. As Bill says, luckily I must be a fool as I have all my photos here. So I am in the process of replacing them all. I am about to start on the Diorama thread which has over 30 pages so I'll be at it till Christmas. ? If they had had the decency to notify me that something was wrong with the subscription I mwould certainly had fixed whatever it was but they obviously don't care.
  7. With primer to find all the defects.
  8. Pretty well I guess.
  9. Added the bodyside inserts and puttied up the joints . Fitted the door panels. i took quite a bit of sanding and filing. I was considering keeping the windows but I managed to both scratch and crack them while detaching the rear part.
  10. That will be another project. I like it too.
  11. Made a pattern which I will cut out of thin styrene sheet then glue to the body. it wiull make a nice color break. I think I will use the back seat of the coupe as it fits in there perfectly.
  12. My thoughts exactly....?
  13. I haven't had the time to touch this in two weeks. Between building a bed and freshening up my daughter's house for eventual sale I got some filler on and I managed to paint the headlights. Don't worry, they're not glued in place yet, they'll be straighter. Here's the bed and the flooring my wife and I laid at our daughter's.
  14. X2. I owned a 73 back in the day. I plan to buy a '72 from Flintstone's to replicate it. Haven't figured out how I'll do the decals yet.
  15. Nice job. I remember building this some 60 years ago, although couldn't tell you the exact year.
  16. Is the Snap Shot background your 1:1 photo premises?
  17. Here's mine, sacrilegious in the eyes of some?
  18. I absolutely love this one.
  19. The empty quarters have a certain nostalgic effect. Even worse with people in them.
  20. You'll notice that I didn't get the crossover tube of the intake quite right.
  21. Turns out we are planning to move and I have started packing some stuff. When I looked at the empty shop, I couldn't help it. It called for a photo.
  22. Sure.
  23. I scratched it based on a 911 Turbo using Signer's own photos.
