Thanks everyone for the kind comments. I managed to finish the '59 impala before the year is up. Not entirely happy with it but it looks pretty good from 20 feet.

I am in with an International K8 likely single drive tractor as in the period photo.

Completed the interior. I'm very happy with it. Don't worry, I turned the steering wheel around as soon as I saw the picture.

Bruce, they are from Printle Shop on Shapeways. They are scanned from real people.

The seat inserts and decals arrived today from Keith Marks. I might be able to finish it in '19.

A customer came in with a Pontiac 389 with a rather unusual supercharger topped by a pair of sidedraft Webers. The Boss offered him to trade a Tri-Power assembly for it.

Pontiac 389 tri-power (from the AMT 65 Grand Prix kit). OHV V8, 389 cu.in./ 360 hp.

According to them they had a server failure or such and it was only partially restored.

May as well follow suit, it doesn't look like I'll finish the '59 before the end of the year. An even dozen models, several engines (sample shown) and a few dio items. So here goes, hope you like them:

Dioramas do that, they take a life of their own. Some serious muscle there, good job.
