  1. Nicest version of the modern Fiat 500 I’ve seen. steve
  2. I'm surprised this isn't legal to drive on the road, as stated earlier. Given some of the weird and wonderful vehicles that do seem to be legal, going on images displayed here, why not the Turnpike Cruiser? Thanks steve
  3. This picture was sent to me by a friend. Anyone recognise it? steve
  4. Not quite on the road. At a local shopping park yesterday. steve
  5. The colour I can't abide is silver metallic. To me, it makes the vehicle look cheap somehow. A real metallic steel grey is fine and looks classy when done right. steve
  6. I assume the word 'taste' is missing from the builder's dictionary... steve
  7. Sometimes life just gets too much… steve
  8. Sorry for your loss. I’ve been there and know how you feel. steve
  9. Wish I could have been there. Love the Island and Deuces! steve
  10. @keyser The top one saying 442, been poked with the ugly stick! steve
  11. What's that yellow thing on the dealer's lot please? I liked the little red Plymouth; has the potential to be neat sleeper. steve
  12. It is a Prefect, not a Perfect, the Hemmings listing is wrong, not Michael! ? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Prefect steve
  13. A friend of mine has just acquired this beauty. It’s a BSA Bantam 175cc 2-stroke, rebuilt from a kit of parts by a mutual friend. steve
  14. Probably the best looking American car of the time. steve
  15. Nice, but a pity the driver is so bad at parking. ? steve
  16. Ok, the 250 (aka Dart in the U.K.) looks a bit like a fish, but I always liked it. steve
  17. Thanks Les. Certainly a bit strange. The headlights don't appear to be aligned either. Is that legal I wonder? steve
  18. This appeared on a model railway forum of which I'm a member and it intrigued me. Thanks steve
  19. Earl Marischal is the name of a British Rail Class 87 Electric loco, number 87029. Previously, it had been the name of a London North Eastern Railway P2 2-8-0 steam loco. The name itself is that of a hereditary Scottish office first created in the 15th century. I like the loco(s) and the name. steve
  20. That a company with a glorious history should be reduced to marketing gimmicks such as this… Never heard of the 1:1 Barbie before. steve
