  1. Any known U.K. supplier*? steve *He said hopefully...
  2. Hope you and your families are ok. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-58378788 steve
  3. There certainly aren’t many that I’ve seen. US pickups aren’t entirely unknown in the country; round this part of Yorkshire I have seen at least 3 Dodge (still?) Rams, working examples not show cars. .In a nearby town is 1950s Chevy pickup that is deliberately patinaed but I haven’t been able to get a photo of it yet. steve PS What year is the one in my pic? Column change and bench seat if that helps.
  4. Don’t know if this is patina or just neglect… steve
  5. A splendid use of miscellaneous parts. I do like those old rails. steve
  6. That is a very fine piece of work, especially the frame. steve
  7. A friend of mine in the local Morris Minor Owners Club helped run a rally today. These were 2 of entrants that weren’t Minors. steve
  8. I cannot believe that those wheels can be legal. They’re dangerous to other road users and pedestrians. Wouldn’t be allowed in the UK that’s for sure! steve
  9. Nice work Pat. Still don’t know why I never build one of these the first time they came out! steve
  10. Thought this looked pretty flash. steve
  11. Watched "Knives Out" on TV last night. It's a decent twisty murder mystery and it was 'interesting' to see Daniel Craig as private detective with a somewhat OTT 'Southern' accent. It's meant to be a comedy but the laughs are a bit sparse to be honest. The descriptions referenced Agatha Christie in its style but that was a bit thin, although there was the traditional 'get all the family together for a big reveal' moment. If you like a murder mystery then a couple of hours in front of the box with this should satisfy. And for petrolheads, it features a very nice BMW 3 Litre coupe too. steve
  12. Other than Yorkshire where I live, Vancouver Island is my favourite place on earth. steve
  13. In York just now. Not sure what it is but think French. steve
  14. Each to their own, but that is just the sort of kit I like to build. steve
  15. Whatever category it’s posted in, that is a superb model., with great attention to detail. steve
  16. Looked equally immaculate inside too. steve
  17. Love those old black & whites! Not what you wanted to see in your mirror as you cruised the highway in your jalopy… steve
  18. Would love to get hold of one but doubt it will ever appear in UK outlets. Ordering from the US is possible but shipping would be costly. steve
  19. I'll take the Saab 900 at the back any day. steve
  20. ‘lectric Porsche. First one I’ve seen. There was a Panamera in another part of the same car park. steve
