  1. I would love to have the 58 Edsel wagon and a Delta S4 kit, could also be interesting with the 4 door Malibu. Just not enough wagons and 4 door sedans in kitform.
  2. Ahh...I see the Chevy pickup you used have a similar rear chassis/floorpan solution as the 67-72 Chevy pickup that the camper was originaly released with. On the Monogram Ford pickup I actually cut away the frame behind the cab as the original frame had too much of a kickup and the camper was sitting too high. I have made a new "frame" with styrenestrips that the camper sits on.
  3. Thanks for the comments guys That site was very interesting!
  4. Great story!! I myself got a 65 190 as a projectcar and the remains of a 62 190 Diesel. If the W110 got out as a plastic kit I would buy several of them. I already got the W111 in resin from Airtrax and a 1:18 W111 220SE diecast from Revell and a 1:43 W110 190 diecast from Minichamps but would really love this one as a plastickit. Maybe Revell will do one as it has been sugested in the Share your dream program: http://ideas.revell.de/ideas/item/5489/ Thanks for the tip, but I can't find that font in my ms paint program. I guess I can download it and install it but that will be for another day
  5. Cool project, beign a Norwegian means that I'm also a fan of the Olsen gang but I'm more used to the norwegian versions of the movies (I belive the danish ones came a couple of years before the norwegian versions and apart from the cast and locations the movies are much the same). In the norwegian movies Benny had a different car every time. They drove this 59 Impala in the movie For full musikk from 1976 http://imcdb.org/vehicle_246637-Chevrolet-Impala-1837-1959.html Most of the time they used american cars in the norwegian movies aswell but in the movie Olsenbanden møter kongen og knekten from 1974 they drove a Mercedes 190 http://imcdb.org/vehicle_241841-Mercedes-Benz-190-W110-1966.html Great films in my eyes, I have seen some of the danish ones and ofcourse all of the norwegian ones.
  6. Continued work on this one, trying to give some "life" to the inside of the camper by placing a LUDO gameboard on the table togehter with some bottles and drinkingglasses. The box for the game is on one of the benches. I have mounted the sides and front parts together now, it is quite difficult to work with as the parts are all warped in different directions but with some creative use of clamps and other tools I think it is now square. I forgot to glue the bed in before I mounted the sides so now I have to be a bit more creative to find a way to get it in.
  7. I got a bit inspired with this thread and made this. Not very good, I admit. I made it with MS paint and I'm not very good at the picture editing stuff.
  8. I had a Comet wagon once but I think it was a 64 and it was in resin. Not sure who made it.
  9. I remember reading about that one (and other Palmer kits) in a copy of the swedish magazine Wheels some years ago. It apparently just as crappy as many of the other Palmer kit. Luckily, today we can get a 1:25 resin P1800 from Airtrax that looks like a P1800. Not sure wich one is the most expensive though.
  10. Very nice build, would look great with some snowy pictures of it
  11. Really a great looking van, I love it
  12. I think my friends gunkits maybe was made by LS but I belive it was more "modern" looking. In todays world, such kits could probably make a lot of problems in many parts of the world.
  13. That looks very good, is the kit more detailed than the promo version?
  14. Looks great, I love the stance and style you get with those wheels.
  15. You could surley get a can made up of that green? That is Ivy Green on the one pictured I think, a paintshop will probably have the recipe for that color.
  16. That reminds of the Corvorado in Live and Let Die: http://imcdb.org/vehicle_17906-Chevrolet-Corvette--Corvorado-.html
  17. That's great, keep that up and we got some new modelbuilders in a few years time I have already started with a little building with my two year old son aswell. He likes to assemble wheels, sits there with the a box full of tires and rims and is trying out different combinations on his own
  18. Both looks very nice, the Eliminator is one of my all time favourites. Got the kit myself but have not built it yet.
  19. Yeah, we should have had more kits similar to this. I see that the 1:1 versions of these looks to have the passtrough and your look very good, you need to finish that up
  20. Great looking custom, I really like the paintjob
  21. This looks cool. I have never been a great fan of vans but have in recent years started to turn around to them. I wish someone would tool up a new kit of a van.
  22. Sweet looking truck, I love it
  23. Really cool projects, you are doing some fine work here
