Nice. Really like the engine and chassis detailing. Well done.

Post your truck mockups.

What are the wheels that you're using? Are they attached to any suspension or just placed under the truck? -

Nice detail work -
Got the same kit in my stash and I plan to build an R-Code 427 Lightweight as delivered from the factory. Off white with white steel wheels and skinny tires.

Going to be a sweet build. I'll be following this one. -
So when you use masking tape for the belts, do you fold it over onto its self so there is no sticky side?
-
What frame did you use for the pro street tubs & what is the rear end from? Really well done.

Really like the weathering work. How the heck did you weather the logo on the door? -
Really like the color
-
Dang, your detailing is great.

Nice build. I have this kit in my stash and appreciate the heads up on the door handle issue. Well done.
-
Wow, really nice build.

Nice job detailing that engine. Looks like the manifold is a high rise tri-power style. Don’t know if I’ve ever seen one.
-
I like no scoop. Makes it a real sleeper..

Thanks for all the comments. I owned a car like this back in the 70’s. That’s how I came up with the color & interior color..sadly, mine wasn’t a light weight, but did have an original 426 wedge from a super stock Plymouth that was destroyed in a fire. Have always liked these mopars.

Thanks for all the comments.

My build of a '64 Dodge Max Wedge lightweight. Kit is the AMT Color Me Gone kit. This is the first time I applied bare metal foil. Didn't have any major problems applying it & I think it turned out ok. Even did the door handles. Paint is Rust-Oleum gloss white that was decanted from the rattle can & air brushed. Interior was painted with kraft paint. Wired engine, added seat belts and valve stems to the wheels.

After some 30 years I have finally finished one of my kits. Have about a dozen in various stages of competition, but for one reason or another, not done. This is the Revell 32 Ford 5 window coupe. Build is box stock except the wheels & tires are from the Monogram ‘40 Ford convertible. Air brushed with Testers gloss black decanted from rattle can.

Nice chop job. Really like the wheels. Did you lengthen the frame because of the first engine you were going to install?

Love AMC.. In my younger days I crewed on a '69 Hurst AMX..

I have the '52 & '53 Hudson Moebius kits. They look to be very detailed. I like how you did the body script. How close did you trim the foil before painting over it?
