Build it. It's pretty common. Might end up being worth a couple bucks more then a correct one but ,IIRC, not worth the bother. All the people planning to sell them off to bankroll their retirements are going to be sorely disappointed. 🙄

Put some Tamiya "racing white" in the side coves and sprayed the underhood bits, inside of the fenders and bed floor on the custom mixed apple green pearl. I plan to wait a couple days and spray the green on the rest of the bodywork.

Looks pretty good but your passenger side valve cover is upside down. The 3 bolt side goes up, 2 bolt down. BTW, I have a 1/1 set of those hanging in my garage. 😁 Don't be afraid of the photoetch though. It's pretty easy to deal with. Just sand the back a bit to scuff it up and put it on with a drop of Tamiya [or other acrylic] clear thinned 50/50 with rubbing alcohol. The clear will completely disappear when it's dry.

Kit, have you considered the Ala Kart cowl from the AMT '29 roadster kit? I have to get back to this soon but I'm using one to convert an old Revell '30 sedan delivery to a '29. It actually was already converted when I got it but wasn't really very well done so I stripped it and an starting over. Probably should just get the Flintstone body but I like to use what I have already. Just a thought ,, another option out there.

Yes, Short first brought the character to life on SCTV. Love the segment he did spoofing the original "The Nutty Professor" , "The Nutty Lab Assistant". It's on YouTube, I suggest you check it out. Super funny who he changes into but I won't ruin the surprise. 😉

I don't know how well that would work, seeing the Monogram kit is 1/24 and the Revell kit being 1/25 and all.

BTY, Mark, [and anyone else interested] Canuck 3-D should have all their grilles to fit these trucks on the market now. Last time I looked the site said they'd be available on the 6th.

Looks like all you'd need would be smaller tires. It probably uses spacers for the lift so drop those, the light bar and whatever you call the tubes under the doors. Get a set of stock size tires and that's it. Those wagon wheels were even an available option on GM 4X4s in '85 I was really hoping for a set of stripe decals that separate the 2-tone you'd see them in a lot.
