  1. Looking great with some paint!! Excellent work!!
  2. Excellent Work!! I like the diamond plate, it really looks great. The mud flaps are a nice touch as well. Probably the best 4 door conversion that I've seen.
  3. Nice Collection!! Great job capturing several of the T.V. show's vehicles!
  4. Very nice build!! I've always liked a stepside Chevrolet.
  5. Looks Great! Makes me start singing the theme song: "Well I never spent much time in school...."
  6. Excellent Work! Top notch weathering!!
  7. Very Nice builds!!! Super coil is a nice touch!
  8. Excellent Work!! Two Sharp looking Chevrolets!!
  9. I really like what you've come up with! Great Work!!
  10. Thanks for the kind words: Terry, Gator, Gino, Dennis, Michael, and Dan!! I've just about got the rolling chassis finished. I focused on finishing it first, so that I could put it to the side and not handle it any more than I had to. This truck is getting heavy, and with the long frame rails it is pretty springy. Most of the chassis plumbing is done. Fuel sender and lines installed: Fuel crossover and valves made: Throttle Made: Pogo stick made and deck cleared:
  11. Looking great Dan! On that chrome paint, that is what I painted my pipes on my Mack with. It looked great for a few weeks, but then it lost it's shine. The pipes were not handled other than lightly dusting them off with a soft brush. Maybe it was just my luck or maybe a bad can, but it looks like dull aluminum now, which is fine for my pipes, but I though that I would share my experience in hopes of it helping you or someone else to avoid a future problem or maybe getting input from others who have used this paint. Again, Great work!!
  12. Now that's going to be a truck!! Looking Great!!
  13. Looking forward to seeing those pictures.
  14. Very cool project! I would hate to get the bill for a complete new set of tires. L.O.L.
  15. Wow!! I like the colors!!
  16. I like it!! Great job on the weathering!! Very convincing and not over done.
  17. Very Cool build!! I am a tractor nut too. I've seen quite a few of these over the years and you've nailed it. It makes me want to build one. Great work. As far a spark control goes, I had a 1936 W-30 McCormick that the lever was broken on. I just had to get off of the tractor to move the lever on the magneto. It's wasn't convenient, but it worked.
  18. I like it!! Not too shiny, not too weathered. Great work!!
  19. Thanks for the comments and the encouragement guys!!
  20. Looking great! Good call on cutting out the grill.
  21. Thanks Richard. There was a truck show just a few miles from home today. Not a lot of trucks, but a few good ones. Thanks Dan. I actually have 3 7000/7400 cabs. Two are from Spaulding, the other is from Back Yard Shed (Which I paid more for than I probably should have). The quality is better on the Spaulding cabs. Every Back Yard Shed 7400 cab that I've seen is warped in the back. Since I was going to cut out the back and replace it anyway, I'm just going to cut a little deeper and make a day cab. Thanks Gator, I'm just hoping to find a source or maybe even the software to make the decals.
  22. I don't generally like to have two projects going at once, so this one may not start until I finish the Mack. I've been planning a White 7000 day cab for a while as my next project, Today I saw this one and now I want to get started. I went ahead and started a post because I am hoping that someone can offer some help in decals to make this truck. I have some good side shots, but do not have any software suitable for making clean and accurate decals. Any help would be appreciated...Brian
