  1. Great Work on this Build, Bob. I like the detail work on the front end, and the decals. Good Show.
  2. Very Sharp Ride. I miss Fred's Resin Workshop. Good Show.
  3. I'll bring these back up. These would be great in a3D print.
  4. I got a Revell 1950 Olds kit. Factory sealed. It had three Chrome trees, and a second set of tires. I sold the extra chrome trees, and kept the tires.
  5. That is one of things I like least about getting old. Some Morning you become aware that some part of you is painful in a new, and exotic way. You don't remember what you did, or how you hurt it, but now it hurts and may stay that way for a few, (Hours-Days-Weeks-Months) No telling. Some times you do everything to treat it, and nothing works. Sometimes you ignore it, and a week later, and the pain is gone, and you are back to normal. Frustrating part of aging..... Get Well Soon.
  6. How Horrible, Johnny. Good Luck.
  7. That is truly horrible. I hope you can get everything checked out.
  8. That Scout looks "Just Right"! Good Show.
  9. no video playback supported.
  10. In 1988 I inherited my Grandparents 1965 New Yorker. A big car, very smooth ride, huge trunk. That is the end of anything positive about it. Had a 383/Auto. Gutless wonder. It could cruise all day at 85mph. Which was a good thing, since it would take all day to get there. I was almost rear ended several times , by Semi Trucks when merging onto freeways. I'm not kidding, it would take 2 or 3 miles before it hit 65. I rebuilt the carb, couple of times, played with the timing, blew out the fuel lines, changed the fuel filter. Did everything I knew and took it to a couple trusted mechanics the Horseless Carriage Club. They were older guys then, and nothing they did could make it run any better. It had no 'miss',did not surge, just accelerated at a painfully slow pace. I sold it after a couple of years. It was just too frustrating to drive. In Town, it had no problems. It was only on the freeway that is had troubles, but I did a lot of freeway driving back then, between my apartment and my parents house.
  11. Jaw Dropping Detail! Words Fail me....
  12. Nice Work, Len! Like the story behind it.
  13. Yes! on both your Second and Third Cars!
  14. What a strange looking little racing car. I've never seen or heard of this Make. Model On.
  15. The 1970's term for a build of this calibre would be Super Sanitary! That is a Outstanding Build. The Paint is Smooth, and your photography is excellent. Good Show.
  16. Yeah, but that is not how they do things anymore, either at Woeing or NASA. The Image is more important than the Substance. Now that the Astronauts are indeed "stuck" they are trying to cover up the issue and insist that "Nobody is Stuck", they just have to wait until the Starliner completes a few more tests before it is safe to come home in. I'll make a prediction on how this ends. The Un-Manned Starliner will eventually be jettisoned turn 'burn up in orbit' (i.e. Hide the Evidence), and Musk's Crew Dragon will be used to bring everybody home. But, it will take a long time, and the NASA spokesperson's nose will grow a bit longer with every news conference.
  17. P.M. Sent.
  18. I noticed that his huge website of his builds has vanished. Does anybody know if he is still building Models?
  19. Jack & Coke! I really like what you have going on here! The Scratch Building on the trailer is just superb.
  20. IIRC, it is the Standard AMT '32 Coupe in the Box. There is a (poor) set of notes on scratch building the conversion parts for the Short Tracker, and maybe a note referencing"Fred's Resin Workshop" as a source for some parts. They were very disappointing kits, but the only way to get AMT '32 Fords (at least those versions) at the time they were made. I wanted one, until I saw what was in the box.
  21. Wow! Glad to have you here. So, the Burning Question. Do you make the Mack Truck Cab for the Mad Max-2 or as it was called here, "The Road Warrior"?
  22. I wish Round2 would explore more of these Tow Vehicle/Trailer/Boat-Racer-Dragster combinations. There is some nifty stuff still hiding in the toolbank, and these Combo kits seem like agreat way to "Test-the-Waters" on how popular a kit might be without have a full scale production run. The '60/63 Fords like like a great choice for a Set, especially the 1960 since it already has a trailer. I'd pair the 1960 Ford with the Double Dragster kit. 4 Kits in one box, but Combined with a new, expanded decal sheet like Round2 does so well now, and I think you have a Winner.
  23. You are correct about the Grille/Cowl mismatch on the '33/34 Fords. My Preference is the '28/29 Model A grille. It somehow is more aesthetically pleasing to my eyes than the bigger '32 grille
  24. I just got my Tudor. It looks even better in person than it does in the Video.
