  1. I've read an article about the Dajiban Races. Really, Really neat. Some wild builds.
  2. Just Neat! I've never heard of this. Thanks for sharing it.
  3. Awesome Weathering, Super Clean Construction, and Clever Idea! Great Combination. Good Show.
  4. A timely, and very informative overview of the resin printing field as it currently stands. Thanks you for sharing with us. I'll be a consumer of 3D printed parts, but not making any of my own.
  5. That would be great to see! I look forward to seeing what you chose as "Companion" kits to these builds.
  6. Hello. Looking for a friend of Mine. He's wanting a Chopped Revell '37 Ford Pickup Cab, and a Chopped Revell '48 Woody. Not sure who made or makes any of these. Thanks, Alan
  7. I remember those! I ate many a pot of those growing up. Now, I'll be switching to Bush's baked beans. They are better, by far, but the VanCamps was nostalgia. Another Childhood pleasure that exists no more.
  8. Excellent Conversion. I remember seeing truck like this, back out in Farm Country. Always Homemade, always dirty. Yours Hit the nail on the Head. Good Show.
  9. Funniest thing I've seen in a while! So true.
  10. A First-World Irk..... I just opened a brand new can of VanCamp's Pork&Beans. There was a whole lot more fluid to drain off than there used to be. Second, they just did not taste the way they used to. Bland and Flavourless. They were always a bit bland, but they have gotten a lot worse since the last time I had some. Just sad. They are a Comfort Food from my youth, and finding them to be so tasteless and dull was saddening to me. I did not expect greatness, but to see the corners cut in production just bothers me. I know, Not something to really care about, but it shows how things are changing for the worst behind the scenes. They keep shaving a bit of spice here, adding more water there, and pretty soon the product is lousy....

  12. All this talk about the Switcher's '32 has me wanting one. Now, I've got to get to HL in the next couple months and get the Coca-Cola Sedan kit.
  13. The Monogram kit builds into a sharp replica, fairly easily. I have a couple of them. It would be nice to see them on the shelves again, as they are getting a bit Spendy on the secondary market.
  14. I hope Round2 is holding some surprises for the Fall Quarter, as the last few months have been pretty lean on kits, whether I've liked them or not. Again this month A couple of kits that are to me at least not very interesting. The '56 T-Bird follows on the heels of the '57, and the Dodge is great for the '80's nostalgia guys, but I worked on them, and have no desire for one in scale form. (at least right now) The '56 is a much better kit than the '57, but I remember gripes about the engine being poorly done in the kit reviews of the time.(1990's). The Truck guys get better served, as the Aerodyne Cabover is a seriously nice kit.
  15. Given my tastes, the wheels in the kit will get used just as they are.
  16. I'll wind up with all three, eventually. Too many Kit Bashing possibilities.
  17. I would guess that they will, but it could be months before they hit the shelves there.
  18. I really like it is Silver! Your Non-Crime fighting version looks better to me than the Full Tilt Beauty. I have to say though that to me the Wheels are just "Too Dang Big". They fight the vibe of the 1960's styling to my eyes. But that is just my own tastes. The completed build is fantastic.
  19. That Revell Bug, is a rough, crude kit to be sure. Not putting better tires and wheels in it, combined with the badly detailed VW engine, just made it that much worse.
  20. Awesome Builds! I am blown away by how well you have built these kits. Much better than the Revell Box Art director ever imagined them, I am sure. You make me want to complete my Mr. Deadwrench Jeep Honcho. I have a set of Monogram CJ-5 Rims for mine, and box full of "Junque" for the bed.
  21. I love these kits. I had all three, but I've since sold all 4 of my Killer Bee kits. I stole the Brush Guard/Pushbar from the Midnight Cowboy Wrecker to use on the Alley Rat. They are the same kit, but the Brush Guard cannot be put in the Alley Rat kit because of where it is on the sprue. You can have the Pick up bed or the pushbar, but not both in one kit.
  22. Wow! That is the best Killer Bee, I've ever Seen. Will you be doing Mr. Deadwrench & the Alley Rat?
