  1. You are most welcome. I could swear I've seen another one, but Fireball probably has the best one anyways. I hope it works out for you.
  2. Okay, George. Where is his site?
  3. Brutal, and Beautiful! MOPAR Perfection. You really nailed all the elements. Colour, Wheels & Stance. Good Show.
  4. I like it too, Bob. Fine Work you are doing.
  5. Joe passed away in 2022, but he was a cheerleader for his '39 Plymouth. Sprinkled in his blog archive are many old pics of the '39 Plymouth in use back in the day. A neat Guy. I still miss his blog.
  6. You and me both,Carl. A huge lesson in how to build models in every Post.
  7. I'm late to the party, but I found some 1939 Plymouth References. http://www.joesherlock.com/39Ply2.html
  8. Wow! Even in a larger scale, that has to produce Eyestrain. Fantastic work.
  9. Great Work on the hood, David. Looks like the flaw is vanquished.
  10. What a simple, yet powerful idea! Thanks for sharing it.
  11. Wicked & Unusual Build. Your imagination was is overdrive! The workmanship is Top Notch. Good Show.
  12. Looks sinister. I'll be watching.
  13. ^^^^^^^^ This is what sold Thousands of these kits. It wasn't the proper body proportions, or the small block engine. It was "Look" and stance of the kit. That is why the tooling still exists, and why Revell Brought it out again, even if they can't call it the Badman.
  14. Great Build. I've driven a truck that was very close to that, slant-6 and all.
  15. It looks like Fireball Models has one. https://fireballmodels.info/fmr-232.html

    1979 Nova

Those could be Showroom Photos! The Factory Stock Colour is perfect. That is a wonderful build! Good Show.
  17. It has a deceptively mild box art. The engine is very nice, and the construction of the bed seems to indicate that it might be possible to combine both stock and the rod version in one box. That is a Huge Guess on my part, however. It may not be possible. Only the Kat's at Round2 could tell us for sure. Here are the directions, for the Version Tim is referring to. https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/amt-instructions/automotive-cars--pi/chevrolet/1961-1970/amt-68-chevy-el-camino/?view=roll#1 Here is the stock version. I have not done a part number by part number comparison to see what parts change from kit to kit. https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/amt-instructions/automotive-cars--pi/chevrolet/1961-1970/amt_1968_chevrolet/?view=roll
  18. Well, let us know what you think when you get one, then.
  19. Good Work, on this truck. The Colours are vibrant, and sharp. Good Show.
  20. Excellent Build. The Wheels really look great on this truck, and the Colour fits the build nicely too. Good Show.
  21. Thanks, Mark. You've got a better knowledge of these kits than I do.
  22. Wow! That looks Great, Chuck. I like the Lilac you chose. It was not an expected choice. Good Show.
  23. If you are going to be doing a lot of modifications to it, I'd get whichever is Cheapest/Easiest to get. Lindberg makes a Challenger too. Monogram (now Revell) https://modelkitreviews.proboards.com/thread/132/monogram-2214-1970-dodge-challenger AMT (now Round2) https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/amt-instructions/automotive-cars--pi/dodge/amt-1970-dodge-chal/ https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/amt-instructions/automotive-cars--pi/dodge/amt-yankee-challeng/
  24. Looks like you have some great wheels for it too! Go ahead and build it. I'm not sure if it is 'rarity' or just age. It is a very old kit now, and the guys who built it when it first came out, are not young anymore. Let us know how it builds. Good Luck!
