Great work, its a real Beauty!!!

Finally managed to make some progress on my BRZ, Big thanks to the mother inlaw for taking the kids away for the weekedn! I managed to get about 6hrs uninterupted at my work bench. Most of that time was fine tunning the body kit fitament. For the front I wanted some Big driving lights, so... & After 6 hrs, this is what I ended up with. Getting the bodykit to fit right was pretty difficult. I'll show more when Photobucket starts working properly & letting me share my images Ash

Great work on the recess!! How'd you do it? My attempt failed. So went & pulled out my ZL1 last night. Forgot that I had started it around the time I built the '13 ZL1, hadnt done much. primered the body & had started modifying the bonnet. I remember shelving the project due to not being happy with the bonnet. Heres some pics of where Im at now, worked on the bonnet quite abit last night, almost happy with it. (photobucket is not letting me share images at the moment) & this is kinda what I'm going for, found some old NASCAR wheels that I think will be perfect. Ash

Looking good! Good ole GT6, was so good for trying colour combos! (where the hell is GT7 / sport for ps4...!!!) Looking forward to seeing what you do with it, personally I fell in love with the one Jay Leno did http://teamspeed.com/articles/jay-leno-falls-for-pagani-huayra-tempesta/

Ive got a 69 ZL1 Camaro that I want to put beside its much older brother, gonna paint it the same Synergy Green colour too.

That is so BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH cool!!! -
Nice Work!!! Those Foose kits can be quite the letdown, His drawings on the box look so BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH cool & then you open it up & its got stock suspension, regular tires etc. His drawings obviously aren't to scale or accurate, but i feel Revell could've done better with them. Most of the Foose kits are existing models, with a new set of wheels & decals. plus some cool box art. But I still want them all!!!

Love what your doing! Im also building Bumble Bee! http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/119029-bumblebee-67-camaro/ Be careful with the C1 transkit, my front end didnt fit at all, had to be sliced in 3 & spacers added. The hood needed widening & the grill isnt a wide as it could be.. Cant wait to see more!!! My BRZ is coming along, Ive opened up some rather large holes for larger driving lights, pics soon. Ash

Man thats cool!!!

Forgot to get pics of interior when building it, now its pretty impossible. Not much to see really, I liked the "Lanch Control" i think its called interior option, so went in a similar vein to that, just painted part of the dash & seats white

Hey Guys I'd love to join this build! All the builds so far are really cool & creative! I entered the first Cannonball run back when it was on Scale Auto (not sure of the history surrounding why its here & not there now, I only found this forum last year, but a quick look back reveals that its the same group) Thoroughly enjoyed it, it was my first community build, & i've tried to do one every year on differing forums. Always an enjoyable way to build! Heres my 08 Entry - Brabus SLR This time, with it being open rules. Ive decided to go with a Subaru BRZ, modified of course. Perfect car for a cross country road race, lightweight, economical, plently of power (once I add the turbo) comfy & Badass!!! I'll be adding Eightyones Rocket Bunny 86 bodykit, thier BRZ Bonnet with WRX scoop + the RB V2 spoiler. It'll also have a top mount intercooler & turbo system. Updated interior & wheels, Other mods will include Larger driving lights, bigger fuel tank etc. Colour TBC but not blue.... Stay Tuned! Ash

Hey Guys I picked this cool little kit up before christmas at a toy store having a sale. best $16nzd ($11.50 us) Ive ever spent!!! Really enjoyed the kit, despite being simplified its still a fun quick build, does have a fair few mold lines & sink marks. I spent a few hours playing around on the virtual configurer to finally settle on my favourite. & hey if Revell ever release a full detail kit (NOT holding my breath...) I've got a few more ideas to build!! Painted mine with Zero Paints Ferari Argento Nurmbeergring Silver & Eleanor Pepper Grey stipes (went for the larger stripes as per the concept over the production line stripes) Let me know what you think! Cheers, Ash Meet up with Older Brother The GT sitting in some summer evening sun - Love this silver! Ash
