  1. Well I'll be....................I thought it was just another mid-engined supercar, wonder why they chose that layout?
  2. They have to make them fit in a given space and sometimes that requires a little creativity if that space is tight, then throw a turbo or two into the mix and things can get pretty wild!
  3. Anybody else with AT&T having a bunch of slowdowns in service lately too? I've been running into slow downs ever since right before this thread was started too
  4. Got any better pictures of that Savage, Dan?
  5. I kinda like the looks of that one!
  6. What did you make them from?
  7. Never thought I'd see that before!
  8. mmmmmmm, so long as it's horse drawn, it should be ok
  9. I have to ask, what's powering that B-Van?
  10. The gravel dust on the tires convinced me it was real, as well as the grill. However, the roadside nearly got me though
  11. You know, that little car wouldn't look bad if the front end piece looked more like the front of the "Black Beauty" Or maybe "The Car" Or "Werecar Bender" OK, that is weird, just as I was posting that pic of "The Car", a train running through town started blowing it's horn at a road grade crossing
  12. Good Lord, what would that sound like on 100% nitro
  13. So that's what it would look like if I stuck a spare Mini Cooper RC body on my Traxxas Bandit
  14. Nope, here's the Karson Racing Chevy Van This van; Is from Jarvis Performance
  15. Believe it or not, it came in first in class at that race and 32 out of 170+ cars, and it's a 200k mile, $200 clunker that is mostly stock! Only mods have been exhaust, rear axle (Ford Exploder 8.8 with LSD and disks), springs (lowered all around with cut coils up front and lift springs in the back with an axle flip), big wide tires and rims, then they gutted and caged it, painted it a Pettyish blue, and added that odd ball wing to the roof ONe thing that got a few of us on NAXJA laughing was that if you look through the wing in one of those pics, you'll see a Swift semi and the word Swift a perfectly centered in the wing If you go here; http://www.youtube.com/user/TeamPettyCash It's there YouTube channel with on board video of the LeMons races they've been in so far
  16. It was more of a moving obstacle (hence the name Rolling Chicane Limo Service) than a race car
  17. I'd just be happy with the "Autobahn" spring package for mine, only way to get those here in the States was to be a cop, or get a retired cop XJ. I do dig the "Steath" package that was offered on the XJ's in England though
  18. Yup and over restored too I'll bet
  19. I think Hobby King is based out of Hong Kong and is internet only, but have heard they were opening offices and a warehouse here in the States. Now that I think of it. 2 weeks sounds about right for that shipping, or at least that's about the length of time a lot of their buyers wait for the LiPo's they sell. Don't know about their other hobby products, but those batteries were usually cheap enough that even if they were bad right out of the package, most people would just dispose of the bad ones and order more from them and take the chance on the new ones being ok
