  1. Yes....yes, I have! Revell '57 Chevy BelAir...with the steerable wheels, opening doors, hood, trunk, and rear windows that went up and down. I was around 13, or so, and ended up flinging it down the hallway. I haven't built a '57 Chevy since, and that was in 1968. I have several in the stash, just in case I get brave, again.
  2. YEP.....Gotta get one, myself!
  3. This issue shows the shorter wheelbase: And then AMT had this 2005:
  4. In Tennessee, that will be yesterday!! LoL
  5. About ten years ago, there was a used car dealer near here that had about 14 of these cars for sale, in various stages of disrepair.
  6. The fuel injection system was notoriously unreliable. Many of these cars had that system replaced with carbs by the dealers.
  7. I know what it is, but nailing down the year is tough!
  8. True about the Super Bee drop top. The box art on the kit lists and R/T version, and R/T ragtops were available in '68. I don't remember if this kit can be built as an R/T, or not, it's been 50 years since I've seen one of these kits! LOL
  9. Gotta love those MOPARS!! Good looking gaggle!!
  10. All right, Marty! Perfect color for that one!
  11. Quite a difference between the two!
  12. Looking forward to the 'green-up'!
  13. Is this one of those "Real, or Model" quizzes?? LOL This is a great save! Beautifully done!
  14. Fantastic details with a fabulous result on an amazing build! Great MOPAR magic, here!!
  15. MY MY!! Beauty!
  16. YESSS!!! I DO want a real one that looks like this! Very well done, Mike!!
  17. The Supernatural Impala:
  18. D'OH!!! I meant Astro I. I went back and fixed my post! LOL I did build both kits back in the day, however.
  19. I built the Astro I as a kid. It would be nice to see it, again. Was the tooling messed up for that one?
  20. If the '68 Coronet and '72 Road Runner have not been modified beyond repair, that would be great! I'd certainly love to see them on the shelves!
  21. I was partial to the Jo-Han flat box kits from days gone by. Especially the ones that had customizing parts in them. I have several flatbox kits in the stash. Hafta be careful with them....they don't stack very well!!
  22. Country ham, scrambled eggs, toast, and blueberry jelly...with strong, black coffee!!!
  23. Very tidy chassis! Looks great!
