  1. Okay, ive got a few small updates:some forum members aren't sure the exhaust i'm using is correct so I looked at my 67 and 68 Firebird promos and my 67'firebird kit and MPC 68' Camaro kit and they all have the same exhaust setup, maybe the exhaust was different depending on the engine?
  2. To be honest I don't know,i bought this about 12-15 years ago,TM resins on ebay sells the hood I believe, but it doesn't include the air cleaner set. Thanks Dan!! Thanks Chapparral!!.
  3. That's cool!,i think i'll be buying a couple.
  4. I looked and wow!!I've got some old MPC cuda's and challengers that could use those wheels!!
  5. I put mine in display cases,i would luv to put them in a diorama, but I don't have the room.
  6. Thanks i'm excited about this build Thanks Snake for the info and yes,i'll be using the MCG set,the package was mislabeled but they sent the right hood, funny thing is that this hood has been in my stash 10-15 years and I never noticed. Thanks espo, you could be right about the exhaust,i'll have to do more research,i stripped the bumper because the chrome was bad and since a body colored bumper was an option (VE3)I decided to go with that.
  7. Looks really nice, did you contact the seller and ask for a partial refund?
  8. No,the fires are a few hundred miles away, last summer was a different story we were covered in thick smoke for the entire summer
  9. Body in Primer and in paint, pointers or comments welcome
  10. I already have most of the chassis and engine parts painted various Tamiya and Testor's colors.
  11. The color i'm going with is a less common color on Camaro's,Burnished Brown Metallic,i'm also adding a vinyl roof in white and white stripes.
  12. Hey everyone,i started this build a few weeks ago and decided to share on here, plan is factory stock with a few changes. No cowl hood or rear spoiler and no chambered exhaust since they were options and no Rally Sport option. The exhaust was borrowed from the 69'nova but will have to be modified and i'll be using the MCG set as well.
  13. Like everyone else the paint job is flawless!and really suits the body lines of the car.
  14. Very different build ,but nice work so far.
  15. Nice kit,but I've heard it's a difficult kit to go together, what's your color choice?.
  16. I remember the reviews at the time weren't all that good for this kit,it had inaccuracies like most kits.
  17. I did the same thing a couple days ago and saw nothing, the person maybe saw pre-order and mistook it.
  18. I was on Instagram the other day and it was posted that Pegasus Hobbies has the f-100 4x4 in stock, has anyone picked one up yet?.
  19. A couple of gorgeous clean builds!!
  20. Great improvement over what Revell gives us,when will the decals be available for sale?
  21. I was on his site yesterday and he has lots of new stuff,my wallet is going to take a big hit!!,but well worth it
  22. Nice work!,how did you open the grill?, it's the next kit i'm building and the grill looks like it would be pretty frail after.

  24. Mpc did the 75,76 and 77 'Ventura in 1/25 scale and I believe the 72 as well.
  25. You should live up here in Canada like me,sellers wanting $16.95 U.S. to send a decal sheet!!...I could go on but that's not what these threads are about.
