  5. Interesting lines on the Holden Kings wood 4 door. Like the rear fenders and large headlights. We rarely see a Holden in my small US state.

  8. A manufacturer has finally placed 421 fender emblems on a Pontiac that has a 421 engine under the hood! That feature alone is making me want the black 62 Pontiac Grand Prix diecast. Good looking diecast.

  13. With the usual initial primer application in place, is the Krylon used for this mild enough to not attack the plastic?

  19. Perfect color selection. Checking out the all important 427 fender emblems! Hope you are lucky enough to have a 427 air cleaner lid decal supplied with the kit.

  21. Enjoying this thread a lot. I built the 64 GTO when the kit came out and noticed right away that it seemed overly large but very good.
  22. The 65 and up Corvair is one of the best looking GM cars of the era IMO. I Can see why you want to build one. I have experienced the same poor, poor quality on these old kits and wonder where the heck is the quality control! Can't think of products available in the world that don't get checked before sending it out. What are they thinking! Small rant here. Ha!
