  1. Thanks for the update Pico. It is really looking good.
  2. I preordered the Porsche K3 from Spot Model in April and the price including shipping was 56 Euro but under the Beemax label. Estimated delivery date has been September 30. Really looking forward to getting this Le Mans winner.
  3. Impressive build. I like how you colored the exhaust out of the turbos.
  4. I am very impressed with your setting and the Citroen. You even weathered the 2CV so as to fit right in.
  5. I see it now. Thanks.
  6. Now we are talking! How did I miss this thread till now? Is the 904 engine from the Aurora/Monogram full detail 904 kit?

    Give aways

Really good looking models and I like the stock appearance. You could call these tribute models.
  8. I am glad to see one built up. You did a great job with it.
  9. It appears to me that both Majorette and BBurago modelled the same Type 55 car but I bet the BBurago is bigger than the Majorette. I have the BBurago and had intended to make it into the Bugatti_T55_1934_#14_Brunet-Zehender Le Mans entry but the body changed with the models cutdown doors. If I am missing the mark here Pico can chime in.
  10. I am going to try and be PC here.? I like what you did with it a lot.
  11. You scored big time. Is the Bugatti a BBurago Type 55, red and black?
  12. Build it stock, you won't regret it. These are surviving models of our family Corvairs.
  13. The '57 Corvette really grabs my fancy. Well done.
  14. Very impressive.
  15. Very well done indeed.
  16. Impressive photos Rex, thanks.
  17. Thanks for sharing.
  18. The JADA Anglia arrived today and I was duped. Though all the vendors on eBay listed it as 1/24th scale, it measures out to be 1/20th scale. Nowhere on the box is the scale listed so I can't complain too much.
  19. Oh my! We had a Dodge crew cab shop truck just like the one pictured above at Cam Rahm Bay in Viet Nam. It had led a rough life and was a bit sway back to the point that a sudden left turn would send the right rear door swinging open!
  20. Looks really good so far. Please keep us posted.
  21. 1988 Franklin Mint 911 Carrera Cabriolet - Certainly one of the best of the breed model wise with opening doors and lids front and back. 1993 BBurago Carrera Cabriolet - Nice but unusual that the whale tail is molded in the upright position which should be recessed for a static pose.
  22. Good looking rescue.
  23. Yes the price is the same as a plastic kit these days and it was only because I have a personal connection did I order it.
