Thanks everyone, much appreciated! -
Very nice work in a very sharp color! Ah, yes! I've been there once or twice myself, lol!

Here's my rendition of the Revell 1967 Corvette 427 Coupe. It's a nice kit with very minimal flash, and everything fits together very well. It's painted in Tamiya TS-11 Maroon and cleared with TS-13 Clear. I wet-sanded, polished, and waxed the body, and added BMF for the window trim. The interior is a mixture of Stynylrez Black Primer and Anita's Glossy Black, with a combination of brushed on Molotow Chrome and BMF for the details. I added spark plug wires and heater hoses for extra detail. I also cut off the kit exhaust tips and made mine out of 1/8" styrene tubing and brush painted with Molotow Chrome. I had a lot of fun building this one. Thanks for looking!!

It's a really nice color and suits the GSX very well!

Looks great and I love the color! I love seeing these in other colors than the yellow and white that they were made in. I did mine in Tamiya TS-42 Light Gunmetal.

They look excellent, very well done on both!! Those 1/8 scale kits really have a commanding presence when finished! -
Nice looking Super Bee! Looks great with those rear wheels and tires!

2016 Camaro “Shooting Brake” - C1 Models/AMT

That looks awesome! Nice subtle engine weathering too. -
Thanks! I use a homebrew thinner, and the craft paint is water-based acrylic. I actually have a Youtube video I just recently posted showing the thinner recipe I use, how I thin the paint, and how I spray it. Thanks, It's a custom mix of craft paints, but I think MCW and Gravity Colors Spain have the correct factory mix although they're for an airbrush. To my knowledge nobody makes a spray can in anything close to that color. Thanks! The fuel fill tube is molded into the chassis, I just highlighted it with some paint. It is a very well done and detailed kit!

Nice looking Judge, and a rare color combo indeed! -
It looks fantastic, you did a great job on it! Hard to beat the classic Blue with White stripes on a Cobra! Hope you find a great new hobby!

Here's my version of the Revell 1969 Chevy Nova Yenko, painted with a custom mix of craft paints for the body and interior. I mixed Folkart Metallic Peridot with Decoart Shimmering Silver for the body, and cleared it with Createx UVLS 4050 Gloss. I used BMF for the window trim. The interior is done with craft paints as well, using Folkart Basil Green mixed with other greens for the different shades and I added copper wire for the door locks. The chassis was painted with Folkart Black, and I used various craft paints to give it a bit of a weathered look. I used B.F. Goodrich tires from Fireball Modelworks with parts box wheels and caps, and used copper wire for the valve stems. The engine is painted in a craft paint mix, with spark plug wires and heater hoses added for extra detail. I also added a 350 sticker on the air cleaner to go with the 350 badges on the marker lights to complete the "sleeper" look. This was a great kit, just like the Special Edition 2 'n 1 Nova kit, and went together very well and I had a great time building it. Thanks for looking!

Looks good! I'm just about done with mine too.

The Camaro looks great! I actually like that body style. I'm in the same boat as you, there's always something small and stupid that I do to mess up an otherwise almost perfect build, lol.
