  1. Where should this one go.....not much "truck" left after the zona...... I built a Rod....
  2. I do not have any as FORD doesn't make one.....but my buddy has one in his Stude
  3. I would also mention if you go to Milw....visit Usingers Sausage ....downtown on 3rd st......you will find some of the BEST of the WURST here....and they do give samples. From there go tour the Sprecher Brewery, and the Harley Museum...down in the valley. Now you will know some of Milwaukee's best secrets......and why we get so fat!!!
  4. do not forget Walther's (trains) is headquarters Milw. They run terminal hobbies..was at 60 th and florist....I have not been back for a while, but this was the place for lotsa goodies...tools, paints, etc.......Casey let us know if I'm still correct!
  5. a larger piece of tube slid over the bar and then painted. small guage wire will work for a tie wrap
  6. listen to dave....if you drill into the block and then lay out the tubes, a drop of epoxy is all youll need heres a few :
  7. harry and pat are on a roll I think kevin will be watched.......I do not care
  8. you might run into a fit problem with the front glass. .010 acetate will work
  9. I'm not sure the pillars will all line up...here are some shots of the chop on the 32 sedan...I will find the link to Fletch's chop of the coupe...both done the same with multiple cuts....not that tough with pix
  10. DO NOT use a hacksaw... here use Rauls zona.....works great..he gave it to me on my chopped 34
  11. I've learned that a wide mouth jar (I use one from bullion cubes) put in a pan of warm water will allow the gas out much quicker, along with a gentle stirring. I decant Tamiya and Duplicolor lacquers and I rarely need any thinner or reducer..couple of drops at most. I spray at 22psi and have few issues
  12. Have a great one Kris....keep mixing the resin slow so we keep getting perfect products!!
  13. And the 2 mods work very hard.....But Boss we need more and they need full power to stop the nonsense. Yes there a few members that are above the rules..no names, but it is quite obvious who they are As to your work load..thats waaaay to much cause there can't be much building time, much less time to moderate this site. If you get a few more mods and they all have specific areas to watch..less work for all involved and we can nip more drama earlier! Only then will this be the BEST forum in the world as it was a short time ago Okay, I Pau and I have bondo drying now.
  14. I stopped using plasticote and switched to duplacolor. Simple choice...much easier to obtain, duplicolor comes in sandable, filler/primer, and sealer primer. I top coat with HOK BC26 white as my base....my loyality to plasticote left as availability dropped, and the price is almost 2x of duplicolor. As I prefer HOK and duplacolor , and the TS series from Tamiya, the duplacolor works great!!
  15. was it running a blown 6???

  21. Great.....then try the Veal...........
  22. Successful businesses embrace and court the competition...in order to BETTER serve the customer base Do you think SA is successful???.....C'mon Harry a two bit hack as editor who can't even figgure ROM is modeling at its best.....successful...... Lucky Kalmbach has a host of titles to carry SA........
  23. You forgot to finish Harry, keep reading I answered that. Would this be allowed "over there"? Of course not...could be why the members there keep dropping....I do not see that as much here???
